Fresh burgers with a unique flavor. I’ve never had a burger like this and it is one of the best in Dallas. All the ingredients are fresh, the food is well made, and I think tons of effort goes into making the food. I got the doda burger and made it a double, fries, and noodles. This was enough food for two people but I was very hungry. The sauces are delicious, I did not feel the need to use ketchup at all. Just overall a wonderful experience, I will be returning. I would say come with an open mind to new flavors if you’re only used to eating classic American cheeseburgers.

Doda Burger & Sushi is 100% worth the drive. The burgers were absolutely amazing you can taste that the meat is ground in house, and there’s a reason they only make about 80 burgers a day. The fries were perfectly crispy and paired with the most delicious sauce. On top of that, the owner was incredibly kind and even gave us chocolate to go. Great food, great service, and a spot I’ll definitely be coming back to.

What an absolutely incredible find! This Dallas spot isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a true hidden gem bursting with passion and culinary brilliance. The moment you step inside, you feel the love and dedication poured into this establishment.
The menu is a daring and delicious triumph, offering a truly unique concept. You’ll find both amazingly delicious, juicy burgers and equally fantastic, fresh sushi —a pairing that sounds impossible until you taste the masterful execution. Every dish, especially those unique specials, is clearly well-thought-out and crafted with precision. And please, promise me you will try the Doda fries —they are an absolute, mandatory must-try! The heart and soul of the chef shine through in every single, perfect bite.
Beyond the food, the experience is deeply personal. The chef’s hospitality is beyond measure. He is incredibly warm and welcoming, taking the time to genuinely connect, explain his culinary journey, and share the inspiring concept behind his dream. The dining space itself is clean, spacious, and has a unique, comforting vibe.
I truly believe this is the kind of amazing, independent eatery we must cherish. This level of quality and care deserves to be celebrated! Dallas diners, if you want an experience that feeds both the body and the soul, run, don’t walk, to support this incredible talent. #SupportSmallBusinesses

I arrived around 7pm (they are open til 10) and it was totally empty inside. All of the seating areas were clean and super tidy. Upon entering I received a warm welcome as I approached the self service kiosk. All menu items included a photo and detailed description (including the bottled beverages!) which was appreciated.
With several waygu burger options, I went with the house burger and added their famous onion rings.
My food was ready and delivered to my table quickly on a neatly organized tray.
My first bite was an onion ring while at peak temperature – these did not disappoint! The light tempura coating was perfectly seasoned and did not need anything else but since I was given two small containers of dip (teriyaki and chili ponzu) I tried both. While equally delicious, I found myself going back to the chili ponzu more often.
The burger was perfectly proportioned and the house made bun was amazing.
Courtesy and hospitality was off the charts!

How does someone take a fairly crappy week and magically transform it into a magical week with just one order of onion rings, a cheese burger, and some sushi?!?! I might not know exactly, but the folks at DODA BURGER AND SUSHI know how to and they did just that!!!
Their cheese burger transcends cheeseburgers! It’s ground Wagyu! They make their own buns!!! And, the onion rings were AMAZING!!!
And, yessssss, the sushi was INCREDIBLE!!!
The owner, who served us, has immense passion for his food, customers, and service!!!
This place is a MUST!

The service was outstanding. The Doda Burger was ok at best. It’s nothing that I would have to have again. I felt it was a little overpriced. I spent about $17 for the burger. For that price it should’ve came with fries. I didn’t order fries cause they were about 7 or 8 bucks. In my opinion that’s too high. That was my first time eating a wagyu beef burger. It didn’t impress me. Next time I might have to try the sushi. It wasn’t a bust. I just wasn’t impressed.

Okay so we saw this place on instagram & first let me tell you the outside tables was where I wanted to sit at. The lights and the fresh weather and the music outside the bars down the street just made it just a spot to want to sit outside. Now to Oder it’s on a kiosk with all the burgers being wagu beef, the sushi being fresh, the kimchi being refreshing, and I can just go on and on about it. The food was soooooooo GOOOOOOD! The gentleman I wish I remembered his name brought us out watermelon & wagu onion rings or I forgot the name was even better! I’m so glad my family and I tried this place for my son’s bday. The burgers just melted in your mouth.

How does such a small place have 5 stars? I thought it was fake reviews but wow! I kept it simple with a long favorite, shrimp tempura. The proportions were perfect, every bite felt like I was getting a decent bit of shrimp. The onion rings, nice and crunchy. The battering was amazing. Not to mention the customer service was superb, they checked on me several times (not overbearingly so) and picked up that I wanted to eat in after I put my order for takeout. Just extremely nice people! And I got some complimentary watermelon slices, an amazing addition to a hot Texas summer. Yes there’s barely any parking but it’s so so worth it. Will definitely be back!!

Easily the best burger in Dallas (and I’m a burger connoisseur). We stumbled across this place and instantly loved the chill vibes, incredible burgers and fries, and genuinely friendly service. They only make ~80 burgers a day to keep everything fresh and high-quality and wow, it’s working. We’ll definitely be back.
