This restaurant was highly recommended by a local waiter from one of my favorite restaurant. It’s a fish market style resto: you pick the seafood and they cook it. The resto is very busy, very noisy, with very tightly fitted tables. If you get the “big” table in the middle, get to know your neighbors. But you go for the food, and it did not disappoint. The best was the sardinha assada nigiri: unique, fresh, and that pinch of salt! The grilled fish and the ginormous tiger shrimps (not deveined) in garlic sauce were also delicious! As said before, the resto was busy and attempts to get a 2nd and 3rd bottles of wine took a while. But my only complaint was the sushi rice: it was mushy and bland. But… you go for the seafood, and not the rice. Reservations recommended.

Sea Me was recommended in a lot of blogs/vlogs I saw, so decided to give this place a try. Overall, it was really great for experiencing fresh Portuguese seafood!

My party especially enjoyed the oysters, the sushi, and the prawns. Our server was so patient about explaining the menu to us and we felt very welcome and comfortable.

Went on Feb 7 for dinner. I booked a reservation for 3 at 7:15 pm, 2 hours prior. There was plenty of seating left in the restaurant as we were dining.

Prices were on the expensive side but I thought the service, ambiance, and freshness of the food were worth it.

Amazingly fresh seafood, deliciously prepared, choose your catch at the fish market counter, charge by weight and freshly prepared, very tasty grilled fish, they also serve Sushi & Sashimi with great presentations, very helpful staff to guide you with the selection of your catch. A great experience for fresh seafood!

One of the best meals I have ever had at a very reasonable price. Great service and atmosphere. Had the bread with black butter, olive oil and crab dip, the octopus carpaccio, the tuna tar tar on brioche, scallops and the fatty tuna sashimi. All were excellent. Highly recommend.

Lisbon has amazing food scene and is getting better day by day. Most of the good places are small holes in the wall concept in the centre of city. Sea food is best option in most of Portugal and Lisbon has many causal places which have best choices. This is one of them and has a best menu if you want to try fish, shrimps, lobsters, clams, mussels etc and list goes on. Dish soap and shrimps in olive oil were best for me. My wife enjoyed mussels and clams which were best too.

One of the more “tastier” Portuguese restaurants.

The sashimi was just fine, fresh enough. The octopus carpaccio has some interesting flavors with the cabbage and orange. But the star is the arroz de carabineros, rice soup with red prawns! That one was so fresh, fulfilling and memorable.

Overall it was a great experience but people might feel this is a bit on the expensive side.

Best quality seafood in Lisbon. Everything is so fresh and feels authentic getting to choose your own catch. Simple ingredients cooked well.

We had the scallops, the Salmon Sushi feast, the sushi was some of the best I’ve had. And the Lobster and rice.

Seriously unique and wonderful experience. The menu has a wide range of sea food with a small fish market included. The staff was super kind in helping to pick out the right dishes for us. They even explained every dish option on the marked stand to us. We had sushi mostly, which was delicious. I would definitely recommend the tuna tartar with white chocolate. Would definitely go again! They seemed kid friendly, since there were tons a kids around!
