This has to be the worst pizza place in the history of time. Ive lived in Reston over 25 years and they consistently forget things, screw up orders, skimp on toppings for an outrageously expensive small pizza, give you the wrong order and make you drive back, try to charge you when you already paid, once I waited over an hour when I prepaid and ordered extra early for my brother’s birthday. Unfortunately it’s the closest food place to every address I go and most normal people like pizza. Today I was infuriated though, I put light sauce and I swear there’s extra sauce. I hate sauce and there is so much sauce the cheese is sliding off the pizza and I can see sauce (I hate this the most on pizza) right where the cheese ends. The sauce congeals and that’s all you taste is crust and sauce for the last 4th of the pizza. I’ve complained many times over the years, from now on I’ll drive the extra miles to wherever I can go. The owner never responds to bad reviews and no overseas customer service does anything.

I’ve never had an issue at any dominos location other than this one, and it is very common at this one. I’ve paid extra for sauces and not been given them, I’ve had lots of hair baked into multiple pizzas, at least half the time they don’t do the garlic butter stuff on the crust, and then just this last time they brought our pizza missing at least half the toppings on it (including the cheese and sauce) – see picture. This has been a common trend for the 7 years I’ve lived in Reston. It’s at the point where I’m writing off dominos as long as I live in this area, and the chain has been my favorite of the chains for 30ish years. I even tried calling on multiple past orders about not getting the sauce I ordered and saying I wanted them to bring it this time, and they would say okay, and then never bring it. Of course if you leave feedback on the website/app about how things were missing or the food being horrible you get an offer for points which doesn’t amount to much. I want a refund for this crap, not savings on the next time I order from you as there won’t be a next time with this consistently awful food.

We would rather drive across town than get delivery from this location. Who’s running this place?? I will let go what deterred us from this location and cut to my delivery last night. My pizza was half bubbles and my pasta bread bowl didn’t have garlic oil on it. These are little details that make my meal normally delicious. Partners food was great but just showed me why we don’t have this location deliver. Quality checked?! I think not.

This was my 2nd bad experience with this location and my last the first time I ordered my food and it had been over an hour I called to see why I hadn’t gotten my food they said to call back another 30 mins went by I called and canceled the order then 20 mins late they showed up I told him I had canceled the order and I didn’t want the food anymore. I was annoyed that time but we ordered again first I got notified on the tracker food was delivered I go outside and nothing was there I called the store they said they couldn’t get a hold of the driver to call back in 10 mins I was telling the guy how I had a similar problem last time and he told me to call corporate and then hung up while I was talking honestly that made me upset 10 mins later they food gets there my food was cold the cheese on the pizza was on top of box and I got the wrong flavor or wings we paid $80 including a $10 tip we originally put I just want my money back.

I ordered a 5 topping pizza and I see nothing but cheese. The toppings are uneven and there is a giant chunk of chicken I did not order on it. Not happy. I also just found a giant chunk of onion I had to dig out with a glove. I am allergic to onions! I’ll be calling corporate now.

I Ordered a Large Pizza with Extra Mushrooms and regular onions. While I was at the store to pick it up, after checking the pizza I showed the person twice that is this extra mushrooms? And he replied by looking at the pizza YES THAT LOOKS LIKE EXTRA MUSHROOMS to me. He did not ask if you would like me to remake or anything. Clearly by looking at the photo it does not look like extra mushrooms.

Easy fix would be put Parmesan cheese in a small Togo container for the customer. Y’all have it and offer it.

Lava cakes were over cooked. No lava in the in cakes. Sometimes it be like that. Overvall 7 out of 10
