Girl working the drive thru was extremely rude. Got an attitude because I asked for Arby’s sauce then didn’t give me the chocolate milk I ordered with my kids meal and proceeded to get an even bigger attitude when I asked for that. Got home and I don’t even live 5 minutes from the store and the cheese sticks are cold and hard and the sandwich well what the heck is that?

Love eating at newer buildings, seems the fresher equipment makes it taste a bit better. Probably should have opted for a double rather than a half pounder, the sandwich was stacked so high with roast beef I almost choked, not that I am complaining. Fries and Mozz sticks were well fried. Placed looked great and I can appreciate the fact they installed the newer USB receptacles at some tables.

And now we’re at the cons: the fries and chicken just weren’t good. The fries weren’t crispy at all and not even putting them in the air fryer at home could salvage them, they were kinda mushy? The chicken tasted different, not sure if maybe they changed the recipe or something but it was not good, tasted like it wasn’t as seasoned, not crispy (even after the air fryer), and the milk shake tasted good but wasn’t mixed at all. They had it ready just in the time it took to pull up to the window, I appreciate the speed but this place needs way more quality control. Was there around 4-4:30, spent more than $40, very disappointed with the experience overall, especially given Arby’s is my favorite fast food place

I always have a great meal at this location. Sandwich was hot and fresh. Love these crinkle cut fries. Dining in is super clean. Tana and her staff do a wonderful job. This is definitely my go to place in Lexington.

The staff is amazing and the general manager, Lisa, she is an amazing woman who is always offering a kind word, and a bright smile very informational about the menu, & deals that they may have ,eager to help when it comes to making decisions for the food you came for & knowledgeable about the flavors and spices for new as well as normal menu

I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR ARBYS SAUCE FOR MY ROAST BEEF SANDWICH AND GOT ALL THE WAY HOME AND THERE WQS NONE!!! And I did not like the krinkle fries, they were warm at best and hard. The jalapeño poppers were good as always.

The most friendly staff I have ever seen from any establishment. They definitely don’t get paid enough. They know me by name at this point and are always extremely friendly. Food comes out quick and fresh and is always correct with no missing items. I absolutely reccomend the chicken sandwich. The app has some great deals, I always use it and it ends up being the cheapest place in town, yet the best fast food available still
