I’m not sure what happened. We’ve always had excellent service and the food was always made correctly. Every sandwich was made wrong? They took my daughter’s meatball with banana peppers and olives added and just three meatballs on one side and the veggies on the other. My husbands was supposed to be light veggies and it had so much extra you could make another sandwich. I’m not sure what was up with mine. It was dry, no cheese and I can’t tell there was any meat.
I know it’s a risk with ordering on the app but COME ON. I don’t care that it’s cold just please pay a LITTLE attention!?

I went 30 minutes before closing and asked if they were open they said yes then I asked for a sandwich they said no although they were serving 2 other customers. Horrible service

Horrible and disgusting!! I ordered through the subway app, 5 footlong subs. Through the app it was buy 2 get 1 free. It didn’t take it off my free sandwichthrough the app so I asked about getting refunded at the store when I picked up my order. The cashier called the manager and he told her that the deal on the app was discontinued and wasn’t supposed to be available. So I paid full price for all 5 footlongs and was treated as if I did something wrong. Then as my daughter went to bite into her sandwich, she saw a knat in her bread. I returned the sandwich and they made her another one and gave her a free cookie. Needless to say I will never eat there again. Luckily we have 2 subways in town so we will go there from now on.

Order was Pizza, 6′ sub, and foot long) Worst experience ever! Both workers constantly talking to each other. I had to tell them my toppings at least 5 times on EACH topping. Asked if i wanted them toasted, I replied yes both. They only toasted 1 and the only reason I didn’t catch it while they did it is because they toasted one and sat the other under the toaster all while the other was cutting the pizza on the counter.

I get the Italian B.M.T everytime I go in there. Decided to change it up with the bread. Instead of wheat, I got herb and cheese. Either way, Best Sandwich EVER!! Very sweet staff. The way they make the sandwiches is like art.

The best I eat there mostly everyday I love subway espically white bread footlong not heated or toasted with turkey and mustard and Dr Pepper or sprite and dill pickle chips or Doritos but now it’s mostly dill pickle chips but they are the best I am waiting to hear back for a job

I normally have no problem from the subway in hernando, but tonight I ordered an Italian BMT and got only bacon and what I wanted on it. That is not how you make an Italian BMT. I don’t know who made this, but they need to learn how to make an Italian BMT the correct way

Arrived at 9PM…sign said closes at 10PM.the door was locked so I asked the rude lady sitting inside why the door was locked and she said because the toaster is broken…what does that have to do with making a salad or non heated sub…she should be terminated for turning away business and for such a poor attitude!!!
