Love this place. It is literally cheaper to eat here than a fast food location. They offer a 3 for me type menu that starts at $10. It includes a drink, appetizer or salad, and entrée. We also signed up for their rewards program and I highly recommend doing that. We have already earned some points for free stuff. The service so far has been great all the times we have tried this location. Drink refills and speedy service every time!

Such a great choice when taking advantage of their 3 for 10 dollars special. Since my company moved to Simi Valley, I started trying places here since we don’t have a fridge in the office yet. I had a reward to use for their 3 for 10 dollars special going so I was able to get my sirloin steak. For my sides I just got double fries and chips/salsa for my appetizers. I was bummed they didn’t have the Texas fries as an option. Ordering online and selecting curbside pickup was so easy. When it was my time to go pick up my order, I was the only one there probably cause I put in my order right when they open. This Chili’s location is shared with Costco so be prepare for the traffic inside the lot while going in and exiting. When I pulled up to the designated pickup spot, I sent a text that I was there and someone came out within 5 minutes to give me my order. The lady was very friendly and made sure I had all my sauces in the bag. I love their Sirloin Steak, keep in mind when you get your food that’s hot .. open the container a little bit so the steam escape and doesn’t continue to cook your food. My office is across the street so I didn’t have to do that for my food.

Wow wow WOW. I don’t know what else to say about this place. I’ve lived in Simi valley my whole life, I’ve seen a lot of spots come and go, but I gotta tell you, this one takes the cake for me. I always tell folks that if they’re looking for EXCEPTIONAL customer service – look no further than this fine establishment. I recently came in and was served by Crystal. It had been a bit of a tough week, I had my black leather jacket on. Was I looking for a bit of trouble? Maybe. I’m watching TEN TVs. There’s TEN different sports games going on at once. Im THREE highballs in when this precious creature comes up to me and says “wow! You’re looking spiffy tonight! AND HANDSOME I’m Crystal! What can I get started for ya, tiger?” (I’m paraphrasing just slightly, but this is basically what she meant) I said “I gotta tell ya Crystal, my girlfriend just left me and all I really want right now is THREE more highballs and FIVE plates of wings.” Now, when I tell you that THIS ANGEL of a human didn’t miss a beat – I mean WOW! In less than 10 minutes I was chowing down on some delicious AND REASONABLY PRICED chicken wings while spilling maybe just a tiny bit of whiskey on my BLJ (black leather jacket) holy COW! I was feeling good. I was feeling so good I even asked Crystal for her number! “Going out with someone so attractive might make me feel a little uncomfortable so unfortunately I need to decline” (paraphrasing here just a little bit but this is basically what she meant).
I gotta tell you folks. CHILLIS IS THE SPOT. NO OTHER business establishment on the west coast comes anywhere close in terms of service and quality for dollar paid. It’s TRULY a shame that other places don’t take their queue. It really feels like TOP NOTCH customer service, is becoming a thing of the past. AND ITS SAD!! Now Is this NoBu? Obviously not. But do you have 2 grand to spend on dinner?? I DIDNT THINK SO!! That’s the same as spending a couple grand on baseball tickets FOR ONE GAME A YEAR with seats right on the field. VERSUS spending a hundred bucks on GREAT middle of the stadium seats EVERY MONTH. This is exactly the same situation. Don’t get jipped folks!! Do yourself a favor and make your way over to Chili’s. Tell ‘em Ronnie sent you! and thank me later, Pal.

Unfortunately my ribeye steak was absolute garbage. Burnt and just ver unappetizing
The dry ribs were great! They were actually so good my husband ordered them two days later but then they didn’t put any bbq sauce so they weren’t good :/
I highly recommend the ribs (make sure you get the sauce with it) and will NEVER get a steak from here ever again! Oh might I mention, I couldn’t even eat the steak.

Every time we come to Chili’s, we make it a point to sit in the bar area because of Dylan. He always makes us feel welcomed the moment we walk in and takes the time to have genuine conversations that make our visits extra enjoyable.

Dylan is not only great at what he does — he’s a quality person who clearly cares about his guests. He knows the menu inside and out, always has great recommendations, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a friendly, personable touch.

Chili’s is lucky to have Dylan — he truly makes the experience special every time!

I come to this Chili’s often for lunch with both family and friends, and every single time the service has been great. The staff is always welcoming, and the food is consistently fresh and exactly what we expect.

One person I want to highlight is the bartender, Collins. He’s always amazing — professional, attentive, and makes everyone feel comfortable. Whether it’s a quick lunch during the week or a weekend get-together, he goes above and beyond. There have been times when our group was larger than usual, and he always helped us find a good spot and made sure we were taken care of without any issues.

We’ve celebrated birthdays here, come in after kids’ sports games, and even just stopped in for a quick bite — and the experience has always been positive. The servers check in often, the food comes out on time, and it really feels like a place that values its customers.

I’ve never experienced the kind of problems mentioned in other reviews. For us, this Chili’s has always been a reliable, friendly, and welcoming spot, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

One of the worst experiences we’ve had at a Chili’s.

Our group came in for a team lunch on Thursday, July 24th, and what started as a good visit quickly turned into a very disappointing and upsetting experience.

Our original server was great, friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, once his shift ended, we were assigned a new server (Sheryl) who was rude, dismissive, and made it very clear she wanted us to leave.

We decided to move to the bar area, hoping for a better experience, but things only got worse. The bartender refused to serve us, claimed we couldn’t sit at a table of five (saying “only four per table”), and kept giving us a hard time while other (white) guests were freely ordering, sitting in groups, and receiving normal service.

It became painfully obvious that we were not welcome at this Chili’s location because we are Latinos. The tone, attitude, and treatment we received were completely different from what others were experiencing around us.

This was not just bad service it felt like targeted discrimination. Very disappointed and hurt by the way we were treated. We will not be returning to this location.

Actually went to Chili’s here 4 times, visiting from another country and we love it everytime. Dude with the curly hair served us 3/4 and he was great each time. Tried the last $6 margheritas from the last 3 months! Love it. We love the big triple dipper… Shoutout to the honey chipotle crispers. Always good! We’ll be back!

I ordered at the restaurant take out area when I arrived. I ordered BBQ boneless chicken wings with ranch, a mushroom Swiss burger with French fries and a half a rack of BBQ ribs with garlic grilled mushrooms and asparagus, plus a dragonfruit iced tea, no ice.
It took about 15 minutes after I placed the order to receive my food. Everything tasted delicious.

I had tried to order online through their website, but it kept saying the mushroom Swiss burger wasn’t available at this location. However it was available when I walked in and ordered it to go.

Will be back for other meals when I’m in the area.
