On 1/24/26 at 2:45pm the customer service I received from the man behind the counter was very poor. No greeting, no communication, eye rolling, sighing, and no basic courtesy during my interaction. I was polite and respectful the entire time and didn’t deserve the attitude. Everyone has bad days, but professionalism and basic kindness still matter.

Ordered three large pizzas all not fully cooked and the supreme all toppings except for pepperoni was in the center of the pizza take one bite and that’s all the toppings one piece only had pepperoni and one mushroom what a waist of money.
Thought I would give them another chance even went in and talked to them I should have known they wouldn’t be cooked all the way by how fast they were done. Learned my lesson this time whoever owns it needs to sell it

I went into this location today to pick up an order I placed. I had previously asked for a small cheese pizza. I was unaware that they did not offer different sizes and they never told me any different. They upsold me on another pizza I did not want then after reviewing the pizzas they never cut my 3 meat they convinced me to buy. When I called to tell the store about it they told me they were swamped and they only had the one size of pizza. When I asked why they didn’t tell me that they didn’t have a reason then said thanks for the feedback and hung up on me. No reconciliation or real accepting of the mistakes. Poor customer service. Don’t worry guys. I can cut my own pizza apparently..

Ordered a supreme pizza. Worst pizza I’ve gotten from there yet not to mention by the looks of it took a hot and ready threw a couple extra toppings on it and called it good. I’m far from a vegetarian. Next time I want more then 6 tiny pieces of sausage on my pizza

I ordered a pizza and it was downright nasty. The crust was soggy and undercooked, and the cheese was greasy and rubbery, with an unpleasant smell. The toppings were sparse and looked like they had been thrown on as an afterthought, with limp, flavorless pepperoni that tasted old. The sauce was overly thick and overly sweet, making the entire pizza inedible. To make matters worse, the breadsticks were bland and chewy, clearly not made in a relative time frame. I didn’t even eat it. It was a total waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, providing poor service that made it worse.
To put it short I want a refund.

We ordered the new old world pepperoni pizza and we got a pizza that has hardly any pepperonis on it and no caramelized crust. We spent 12 dollars on a pizza we could have gotten for 6. I mean even the hot and ready looks better than this. It’s disappointing.

I asked for flavored crust, you agreed to give me flavored crust. Wth happened??? Yes I know it’s just $5.00 again wth. So this was for years ago.
I went back today 12/8/2023, four years later.
Omg my mistake!! I ordered their cookies they told me I have to bake them, really isn’t that the reason we go to the carryout is so we’re not baking? Then it was just like four little brownie cookies okay whatever it was only $4. But the kicker was when I got a piece of pizza you could clearly see that they had taken an older Pizza and added the appropriate toppings and sold it to me. The original topping that they had on their pepperoni was melted into the cheese at one point. The additional toppings that I had asked for were just thrown on the top of the pizza, every time you tried to pick the slice up to get a bite they all fell off. Their website told me give them a few extra minutes because they were busy at this time okay it happens. There wasn’t anybody there but the staff. And my pizza obviously was not fresh from the oven. I guess it’ll be another 4 years before I try them again. Okay rant over, I will be getting

This place is a hit or miss. Mostly a miss. Orders are usually incorrect, pizza and crazy bread doesn’t seem to be made as fresh or even taste the same from previous orders, and I’ve been left with an upset tummy one too many times.

Bad service, staff are rude each time I went. They seem to have no organization or training. Online order said 17 minutes wait. I go into the store and cannot find my order,staff told me that they gave not processed it. Took another 40 minutes to get out. I ordered two pizzas and see the picture for the folded and stuck pizza. I didn’t feel like going in to request a new order. I will not visit this store.

At some point little Ceasars took a turn for the worst. Foods always under baked, floppy, and rubbery. Staff all seemed overworked and burned out. Will never be back.
