I recieved a $50 gift card, so we went to this Outback for the first time since moving here 4 years ago. Outback has historically not been my favorite, but this one was the worst. We got a free Bloomin’ Onion which we ate while waiting for our to go order was prepared. We ordered steak and shrimp for 4 – 4 steaks, 16 shrimp, salad, french fries, broccoli, and 2 loaves of bread. We also got drinks. I drink unsweet iced tea with cream. Several creamers were spoiled. After arriving home and unpacking the food, we were disappointed. Our shrimp was packaged on top of 4 piesces of soggy burnt toast. Yuck! The salad was not enough for 4, barely enough for 2; the steaks, while cooked medium, did not taste good. A steak shouldn’t need seasoning and I usually don’t get seasoning due to my low sodium diet, but this steak tasted sour and smelled like the burnt toast. The french fries were dry and tasted like crap. All in all a very disappointing meal. The Bloomin’ Onion was good and the waitress was nice, but the manager could have made me feel more welcome. She seemed more about rules and not customer service, although Outback’s motto is “No Rules, just right”. I guess she doesn’t belive in that motto. Not sure if I can recommend this restaurant or if I will ever return.

We love to go eat at Outback. We never gotten bad food or bad service. I always get the fall off the bone ribs and my husband gets the juicy and tender porterhouse steak. Wait staff is always very attentive and friendly. The blackberry margaritas are fabulous too… I highly recommend this restaurant on 23rd St in Panama City.

Even thi it was Valentines Day and they were super busy, our food was delivered curbside within SECONDS of notifying them we were there. The food was even better than I remember; steak sauce actually took away from the flavor of the filet mignon! Lobster tails, mashed potatoes and perfect sautéed mushrooms, Outback made our day super special, thank you!

I give a 3 because everyone else was happy with their meals. My medium steak was well done, shrimp was way over cooked and tough to bite thru, the rice was mush. We ordered to go. 2 suggestions don’t put bread under the shrimp (no one wants soggy bread after it’s been wrapped in tin foil) and who thought it would be a good idea to put rice in tin foil? It made it mush. Don’t do that.

I went in to this outback with low expectations. I’ve been to other Outbacks before, and the food and Service were OK. But I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere, the food, and the service exceeded our expectations. That was probably the best steak I have had since I left Texas, and that is saying a lot. I can’t remember which steak I had but it was absolutely delicious . I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

AC is a fantastic addition to the Outback Steakhouse team! As a transfer bartender who just started, she was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. She has great knowledge of the menu and drinks, answered all our questions with confidence, and truly went above and beyond. Most importantly, she put a big smile on my face with her positive attitude and friendly personality. We’ll definitely be back to see her again!

It’s always great food and great staff! This is our steak-seafood place. And their happy hour beer glasses are the coldest.
I usually eat at the bar but I ordered “to go” and decided I needed a cold beer before heading home.

Most of the food that we ordered at this location was decent but not great (3.5 stars). The exception was the Bloomin’ Onion, which is pretty much always good regardless of location. The salad had wilted edges and was a tad soggy, and we had to ask for bread after the appetizer had arrived (usually at an Outback, it’s just brought to your table).
