The lady running the shop this morning was AMAZING. I am regretful to have not gotten her name, but hope the find out who she is and gives her a promotion. We appreciated her incredible service this morning before our wrestling tournament. Will stop here anytime we’re near by from now on!

Watched 3 employees carelessly let a lady stand in the wrong line (pickup vs cashier) for about 5 minutes. She clearly wanted someone’s attention but they were too “busy” with their 2 online orders that they wanted to finish.
Then she went into the correct line and they let her wait another 5 minutes or so. Poor lady, she probably watched the online orders cut her in line because the employees were more concerned with clearing their queue than even acknowledging an in-store customer.
I also watched my order get toasted and then be left open to get cold and dry. Won’t be returning to this location

Stopped in today and had the brisket bagel! Although it was very delicious the outstanding customer service was the cheese on top ! The gentleman at the register with the tattoos was by far the most patient and helpful . The young lady that fixed my daughter’s sand which got the protein mixed up didn’t complain. And remade it with no issue smiled and told us have a good day ! Whoever the manager is should be proud your team is what more of Indys food businesses need ! Definitely will be back the sandwiches were so good we demolished them before getting a good pic

I come here twice in the morning two days in a row and the cashier is so damn good at his job. He waited while my guest needed his Spanish translator to order for him and was very patient and got us our order quickly. We forgot our drinks and he ended up bringing them to the table to accommodate us. Thank you

One of my absolute favorite places to grab lunch when I’m on the go. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, the food is great, and the wait is always short. Robert, the manager, is always kind and welcoming, and genuinely cares about his customers.

UPDATE : I went through all the proper complaint channels, and still no update on the situation. It seems im the only one experiencing consequences from being falsely accused of stealing my food.
I went into this location yesterday after placing an online order, and received my food as normal from an employee who confirmed I was the proper recipient for said food.
Then I sit down and begin eating my food, and a few moments later, a women employee approached my table and ask me to leave, citing that I hadn’t paid for the food I was eating. I obviously showed her my doordash order, proving my innocence, and the employee remained confrontational with me, to the point I just had to leave.
So obviously I attempted to log a complaint with the company, and found the process extremely condaluded. Hoping to hear back from Einsteins corporate team, to see if im even allowed back on the property.

The food is great, which is why I’m so torn up writing this review. I have never had Einstein Bros before, but wanted to take a gamble with it despite the other dodgy reviews. I ordered 2 bagels, a blueberry muffin, cold brew, and a lemonade.
My lemonade didn’t look anything like the picture, nor did it come with any ice in it (despite it being 25 degrees outside). I didn’t get my caramel cold brew whatsoever, nor did I get my muffin. Overall I’m disappointed because I was so excited to try this for the first time. The food that we did get is great though.

Update. It is 31° in Indianapolis today and the management decided today to put up a new sign on the door saying no loitering and try to bar on house people from coming in whether for coffee whether for a seat for a moment whether to not be frozen for a moment . This is cruel.
They have reopened the dining area and I’m very happy for this. The bagels and coffee are excellent and the store is more welcoming. Always quick, efficient, friendly service. I would recommend the spot for breakfast or coffee.
