Cute ice cream shop by the beach. However, if you order the “pass a ccino,”make sure to tell them you want it just like the picture on the menu. The item on the menu shows it with chocolate drizzle in the cup and topped with chocolate shavings. Otherwise they will hand you a plain coffee milkshake but up-charge you for the specialty treat. 2 stars because it at least tasted good for what it was.

Paradise Sweets was just what I was craving!! I got the raspberry fudge and sea salt caramel in a waffle cone and it was superb! The ladies were there were really friendly. They also have a lot of snow cone flavors. There’s something for everyone.

Super cute little spot with lots of options. Ice cream, snow cones, iced coffees. Such a nice treat when hot at the beach. I don’t like ice cream but kids do so I was ecstatic I could get an iced coffee. The staff were helpful with the menu and friendly.

Tragedy averted thanks to Emma’s kindness
As a dairy-free person, I always look forward to the Paradise Sweets Dairy Free chocolate milkshake. Last night I eagerly purchased one – my mother chose a small scoop of pistachio.
We happily brought our ice creams across the street as the sun set. I put down my milkshake to take a selfie. Tragedy! The wind took my milkshake off the railing, and the cup smashed onto the walkway. Delicious DF ice cream and oat milk was now covering the pathway.
Dejectedly, I slumped back to the store, asking to borrow a pail so I could clean up my mess. Emma lent me the pail – I plodded back and cleaned as best I could.
Went back to return the pail, only to find Emma had made me my milkshake over again!! Didn’t even want me to pay for it. It was as if the sun came out from behind a cloud.
Thank you Emma! I already loved Paradise Sweets but you have now bought my lifetime loyalty.

Excellent customer service with wonderful ice creams that are smooth and perfectly sweet. Yesterday, a young man was helping me. I asked for a small ice cream and a medium one in which I wanted to combine two flavors. He didn’t understand me — it was my fault because I didn’t explain myself well. I told him it was okay, and I had already paid. Then, the gentleman who was with him told him to serve me a small one of the flavor I was missing. He didn’t charge me for it, which I thought was wonderful because nowadays it’s hard to find such good service.

Paid $7.49 for mango smoothie and the straw would get clogged every time, asked for straw with bigger diameter and she said they don’t have it. Asked if I wanted it blended more. If I’m paying $7.49 for the smoothie better come right the first time. the smoothie has very little flavour.

Pleasure without the pain, they have diary free ice cream chocolate, strawberry and cookies and cream. I had a half scoop of chocolate and half of strawberry. Delicious!
