Got a medicine ball which is supposed to come with honey syrup but there’s no sweetener in it so it’s bitter. Also they didn’t call out my name but called out the person after me. My husband’s drink which has a change to it was made correctly but mine wasn’t. I used to work for SB as a barista and this is disappointing to me.

I used the drive-thru at the Sherwood Starbucks – there was a mix-up with my order, but they fixed it quickly and with genuine kindness, so no complaints here. The team is friendly in that real, small-town Sherwood way – welcoming, thoughtful, and never robotic.

This is my local Starbucks, and I love the vibe here. Always a solid 5 stars from me!

I usually never go to this location. I frequent one closer to my place of work. I visited this location over the weekend and ordered two Venti Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refreshers and got two VERY watery drinks that looked nothing like what I’m used to when ordering this drink. I asked the employee why the drastic difference and all she said was it was based on the amount they put in. Had i not been in a rush, I would have asked them to remake the drinks or take them back and refund me. Attached is a picture of the drinks I was given vs. what i ordered. The only difference was that I asked for LIGHT ice. You can see that one of them doesn’t even have any Dragonfruit pieces in it. I am sticking to Dutch Bros when in this area.

Multiple time I use the drive through and the drinks have spills on lids. Clean your lids and cups BEFORE handing it out. As a customer we are paying top dollar for service! *Edit* This morning I got my first hot Pike and on got a lovely surprise of grounds in my cup. The only reason I go to this Starbucks is out of necessity not because I like it. I will be continuing my patronage elsewhere.

People are friendly at this Sherwood location, but yesterday they were out of all types of scones. This is really a corporate issue, not something that is the fault of this one local shop, but this inconsistency at Starbucks has soured me on the brand. Starbucks used to be so consistent and always had good options in stock. Sadly, that is not the case anymore.

I travel all over Oregon, been to a lot of different Starbucks locations & this one is by far my favorite. I love going through the drive thru before work on my way to wilsonville. The employees are always warm, welcoming, & provide exceptionally fast service! Not sure what the negative reviews for this place are about, sound like a bunch of whiney children with nothing better to do. This place is 10/10 & I love coming here, the customer service is excellent

Arrived at a time when the store was not busy, and when we approached the counter, one of two servers made a point of telling us that to place an order, we should go “over there” to a spot 4 feet away. She proceeded to ignore us and chat with a colleague for 3 or 4 minutes, then came over to take our order. When our drinks came up, they were set on the counter with no “shout out” to let us know they were ready. Blonde roast latte tastes like water. Just not the experience I expect at SB.

Only one person serving both lobby and drive thru taking all orders and making all drinks while other employees were in the back or in the restroom. They insisted on taking my order even though I indicated I was in no hurry. I ordered a flat white, but they made me a latte, not seeming to know the difference. They were walking back and forth to enter drive thru orders while making my drink. Attitude of the employee (who had pronouns on their apron) was what I would call “fake-friendly.” The latte was fine. Overall experience made me feel more sad than annoyed or angry.
