I would love to give this place 5-Stars, because they are SO-Close to hitting the mark !!! A few tweaks and they’ll be there. The reasons for giving them 4 are as follows:
1.) The Draft Beer that I had was flat & stale and tasted like the lines were dirty. I ordered my beer right after they opened for the day, and maybe last night’s beer stagnated in the line all night; and if they’d have flowed enough beer through it prior serving mine, it would have tasted fresher.
2.) My side salad was perfect, except it lacked any shredded cheese, pepperoni slices, and pepperoccini peppers, and therefore was bland.
3.) Some fresh grated cheese on my lasagna (which was very good and flavorful) would have been a nice touch, cuz dry parmesano from a shaker was ok, but nothing special.
I’ll definitely be back and update my rating if they pay a little closer attention to detail.

Will not be returning and do not recommend! Called to speak to the manager instead of posting publicly but was not offered any solution or apology, instead the manager blamed their “new staff members”. Poor customer service and multiple mistakes with my order:
1. Ordered shrimp fettuccini with red sauce – received Alfredo sauce and no shrimp
2. Ordered Salmon which has the description “Grilled salmon served over linguine with garlic, lemon, white wine and
parmesan cheese” – received plain salmon

Good Italian food at a reasonable cost. Good craft beer selection. Very convenient to downtown Powell. Will be back again.

Was hoping for a nice Friday night meal with the kids. Nope! Ordered the shrimp scampi and not only did it look totally different than the picture but it was not good at all! Extremely bland. No sauce. No flavor. It was just noodles with a little butter (I think?) and shrimp that had some flakes of parsley on it. Completely unappetizing. Kinda made my stomach turn. Salad also was plain with literally two black olives and two cherry tomatoes. (Gave me the wrong dressing too!)
Only gave 2 stars because my kids ate all their pasta with meatball and that means more to me than myself eating.

The food is very well priced and absolutely delicious! They have gluten free options which was great for 2 in out party. I ordered the Chicken Parm which was delicious. Be sure to add a meatball to your dinner as they are great also. The side salad is an additional cost and for $5, a bit high for what you get. Everyone had a good time and loved the food. It was not busy at all on a Sunday evening so we were a bit uneasy but the food delivered was great. The marinara sauce is so thick and they give you so much……best sauce I have ever had at a restaurant. The draft beer option was not working which was a bit of a disappointment but I got over that. Highly recommended.

I find it surprising that with how good the food is here that every time I go it’s absolutely empty inside. We’ve tried a few things. I would say that their ravioli is one of their best dishes! Their sandwiches are very good and their loaded french fries are delicious! The service was definitely good and the service we’ve had have been very nice and sociable and chatted with us quite a bit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Monte Carlo after a trip to the zoo. We were hot, thirsty, and very hungry. Service was great – friendly and quick. The food was delicious. I had the eggplant parmigiana which was cooked perfectly and their sauce is one of the best I’ve ever had. My son had a pizza and was very happy with it, others at our table had the eggplant parmigiana sandwich, and the lasagna. Thanks for a great meal and calm quiet atmosphere. P.s. my grandson was disappointed there was no Mac and cheese on the kids menu but he ended up choosing gnocchi and now LOVES gnocchi! So yeah to no Mac and cheese!

My fiancé and I stopped in to eat here after a meeting. We love trying Italian restaurants that we haven’t tried before and decided to stop in. First, we were greeted immediately in a very friendly manner. Our server was Nikki and she approached us in a timely manner. I typically love espresso martinis and had ordered this right away, but they did not have this drink. Instead of turning me down, Nikki did not hesitate in making the effort to go behind the bar and ask if a version of the drink could be made. She brought out a version of this which was so delicious that I ordered another one! She also made suggestions from their menu and was very knowledgeable. My fiancé and I were very happy with our visit. It’s sad to see a place like this get so many bad reviews because of one rowdy party… yes we read the reviews. The food was delicious and definitely did not disappoint! We even took extra meatballs to go because we enjoyed them so much.
