The restaurant is clean and large enough for you to feel comfortable enough
to dine in. The area/neighborhood is pleasant during the day and can be a bit live, wild, and busy at night.
The staff offers great customer service with a smile. They are helpful and friendly. Sandwiches are tasty, they do not skimp on the toppings like other sandwich restaurants.

Ordered large fountain Coke Zero and regular fountain Dr. Pepper on app. Turns out the fountain machine was broken but app did not tell us. So we had to have bottled soda instead and they didn’t even have Dr. Pepper and they didn’t refund the large fountain soda upgrade charge.
Sandwiches ordered on app took 30 minutes of waiting inside the store. Should have just ordered in store.
Half the stools are broken with no foot rests and half the tables are rocky and falling apart too. Clearly the owner does not spend much on keeping the store comfortable nor having enough staff.
Also there are no window shades on the super dirty windows.
Please don’t reply by asking me to reach out directly to Potbelly about what I already wrote. I want the public to know too.

One of the best locations ever. Legendary customer service. After a delivery service messed up our order and would not fix it, the manager intervened and invited us in for a whole new meal. He said, “You should not have to come to us like this, and we are going to make this a very positive experience for the both of you.” I cannot thank Potbelly and it’s staff enough for its hospitality and responsiveness.

Great food, great location. I’ve eaten Potbelly sandwiches in a lot of places with work travel but my wife and son’s first meal there. I had my usual wreck, wife had a BLTA. She said it was the best sandwich she’s had in a while. Fast and helpful, good food, kid friendly, easy parking.
