Came here for dinner Wednesday—as soon as we walked in, there was a sign in front saying that there was a “20 mins wait to be sat”. Apparently a huge tour bus group had came and the kitchen was backed up so they weren’t seating new customers yet.

After about 20 mins, we were finally seated. Our server was cool and attentive. Food was good—got the Classic Sampler and Chicken Tenders Dinner. For sides, always enjoy the roasted corn and mashed potatoes with gravy!

Honestly, this place managed to fail on every single level — hair in the food, a forgotten order, an extra item on the bill, and not even a single piece of paper in the restroom. I don’t even know where they didn’t mess up.
But let me start from the beginning. We were on our way to Lake Powell, and this spot seemed perfect on our route. Our group had 8 people. My friend ordered a mango smoothie and found a hair in it. She asked for a replacement and specifically requested a strawberry-banana one so they wouldn’t just pull the hair out and bring the same glass back. Guess what — both smoothies ended up on the bill.
Then came another issue with her mom’s order. Everyone got their food except her. When we asked, it was clear from the waiter’s face that he had simply forgotten it. Instead of checking if we still wanted it (since she already snacked on some fries from our friends), they made us wait another 30 minutes and then handed it to us in a to-go box. Of course, that dish was also charged on the bill.
As for the food itself — my smoothie was basically flavored ice with zero actual taste, and my boyfriend’s chicken dish was dry.
Even the bathroom was a disaster — there is no toilet paper, no paper towels, nothing.
Avoid this place if you can.

Location seems to be under very good management. Went here later at night and my server was friendly, clever and fast. Made no mistakes with my order. T-Bone steak was also good. Of course it’s not the best steak you ever had, but totally fine. Went here the next morning for breakfast and the staff (who had changed) were also really nice. I wish we had this kind of 24 hour concept in Germany.

I’ve had a long history with Denny’s — back in 2018 I was traveling a lot for work, and it became my go-to stop across the country. I know most of the menu by heart at this point. This time though, we came as a group of eight, and things got a little more complicated.

To be fair, handling eight separate orders and split checks isn’t easy, but our server managed it well. Drinks came out quickly, even though one smoothie had a hair in it — not great, but they replaced it right away, and we moved on. Then, seven meals showed up… and one didn’t. That part dragged on longer than it should’ve, and no one apologized, which didn’t feel right. They tried to fix it fast after, but it left a mark.

As for the food — mixed results. My chicken was overcooked, the sauce had a bit of a burnt taste, smoothies were more ice than flavor, and the burgers came out dry. It’s not the cleanest Denny’s I’ve been to either, which didn’t help.

Still, our server was great — polite, attentive, did his best through all the chaos. If it were just about him, this would be a 5. But the kitchen and overall execution bring it down to a fair 3.

I’ll keep stopping by Denny’s on the road — just not this particular one.

Not the place to go after playing hard on the lake. Under staffed and under educated on hospitality management. We waited 10+ minutes standing alone to be greeted, waitress took our drink order quickly but didn’t get them or our food order in for 10+ minutes. Then 29+ minutes later we received half our tables order with 4 people. 8 minutes later the half of our table got our food order. That half was min, the one paying and no cheese on my hash browns. In the near hour experience we saw people be seated and ignored, one guest got up and left after being seated for more than 15 minutes and not seeing a server. Another couple next to us waited so long for a cup of water I ended up asking if they could bring them some because the woman was dry coughing. Sad to see such an American favorite be shame by a poor location.

I ordered a T-Bone steak medium but it came out well so I sent it back. There was no confusion or fuss about it. I then ordered the breakfast skillet and it was Great. I was very appreciative of the customer service that Heather gave us.

As an Australian I enjoy dining out when in America as I find the service even at basic family restaurants really good. However Denny’s in Page is hands down the worst dining experience in my 6 trips to the USA. The cleanliness was non exsistant, even the cutlery was filthy. House Salad looked ok but upon eating a piece of cucumber I realised it was past the end of its life. Dinner bread was stale. Service was almost non exsistant, and trying to get a 2nd drink was impossible. Yeah try and avoid.

Five-Star Experience at Denny’s in Page, AZ!
After checking out several restaurants in the area and finding the prices way out of range, we decided to try Denny’s — and we’re so glad we did!
From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by two friendly employees. About five minutes later, our amazing waitress Olivia B. came to our table. Olivia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
We ordered chicken and salmon, and both meals were absolutely delicious — honestly one of the best dinners we’ve had, especially at such reasonable prices.
What really stood out was Olivia’s kindness. She went above and beyond by giving us great tips on nearby scenic spots to check out, since it was too late for any of the local tours. That thoughtful touch made our evening even more special.
If you’re visiting Page, we highly recommend stopping by Denny’s. You won’t be disappointed — unless you’re set on paying crazy prices somewhere else!

I was grumpy at first because they skipped my family when ordering food and drinks. However, I saw the man that seated us in the back cooking food . The food came out good, it took us an hour to finish our visit but atleast the food came out hot . They were trying their best with how many people were on shift.
