It’s fast food. Sort of.
I rated the service very low because they use AI to take orders. I found it relatively easy to navigate…I use AI regularly. However, if you get in line behind a few people who AREN’T familiar with prompting, and are trying to have a conversation with a machine about exactly how they want their pickles placed on a burger, you’ll be there for a while.
I wish they’d just go back to hiring people to take your order.

The cashier was nice and the young lady who took our order was too. The reason I gave three stars was due to the fact I ordered and paid for extra cheese on two servings of Cheese Frys and still received the regular normal amount of cheese on both. Food tasted decent enough.

The restaurant itself was fine food was good, the human service was great, however, the robot taking the oder by the name of “Julia” is ridiculously difficult, it doesn’t understand even the slightest question it adds food that you didn’t even order. I was so aggravated by the time I got to the windows, I was ready to just pull off. Thankfully the actual person at the drive through windows was very able to fix my order, she quickly apologized for the robot and was super nice!!!

6 people back there and it takes over 20 minutes for a cheese fry and two sandwiches. To make it better I watched my food sit there for a good 10 of those 20 minutes before I asked for a refund.

The automated drive-through waiter, AI speaker was awesome. The folks working in the drive-through were great. The car in front of me dropped their bag in the drive-through and not only did they pick it up and get her an entire new order. They got extra fries for the inconvenience. The crave case that I bought was perfect.

Order over 40 white castle to feed my family on the way back to Kc and they didn’t tell me til after I received my food they have NO cheese or ketchup. And laughed about. If it wasn’t fir having to feed my family and get back on the road. I would have asked for my money back. NEVER AGAIN will i eat there. Horrible!!!!
