If you are looking for a classy romantic Italian restaurant, this is not it. Blasting rock n roll music from the kitchen from tiny little speaker complete destroyed the atmosphere. Change the music selection to a classic, lower the volume, and buy multiple speakers. The pasta was cooked well, the sauce was quite spicy, but the $20 up charge to add shrimp to a dish is insane, almost $5 a shrimp. What did you do, drive to the ocean and back for that price? Drink consistently ran dry, we were not checked on after food was delivered, which items were missing. Bottom line, for the price this isn’t worth it. Especially with the music choice.

The Veal Parm and the bread with ricotta are the best things here, the ricotta is really good. Overall though this place is a little overpriced for what it is. The lasagna and vodka pasta were just ok. Worth trying other stuff. It is so loud in here that you cant really talk without really raising your voice. Tiny tables dont help either so I would hold out for a booth if I decide to try again. Wait staff was fine but the small tables and noise really leaves a lot to be desired.

The food was excellent and the atmosphere perfect for a night out with friends. The only thing that detracted from the evening was the 3 tables of 10 college aged women (30 total) that were loud and privileged owning the room

I’m not sure why a restaurant of this magnitude would not have air-conditioning in August, in Texas. It was so ridiculously hot while we were eating there that we almost couldn’t finish dinner. No air was even moving in the room, although ceiling fans were on low. This was our first experience with the restaurant and will likely be the last, mainly because of the heat, but overall, he food was just ok as well. The Veal Parmesan was quite good, but their famous lasagna with supposedly 100 layers was just so-so. We also ordered fried artichokes and they too, were just OK. It was a very expensive place to eat and because of the lack of air conditioning, the evening was not what it should have been. I was happy when dinner was over because it was cooler outside than it was inside. If you decide to go to this restaurant, I would call and see if their air conditioning is working because it is absolutely miserable when it’s not.

If we could give 10⭐️’s, we would. Everything was fantastic. Service, food, portions. We came for DFW Restaurant Week and our expectations were exceeded. The homemade ricotta was out of this world!! We will definitely be back! My husband said this is the best Italian food he’s had. Even though they did not have sweet tea, the tea was infused with something and still very good.

Second time we went was just as amazing. We took my mother and she loved it!

Fachini is fabulous. Walking up the stairs with the plush red carpet and entering the energetic vibe of the dining room creates a good feeling. Our server was on point during the entire experience. He struck us as a person who genuinely enjoys engaging with the patrons. The food was really good, but I recently dined at an exceptional Italian restaurant in Chicago where the food was next level so my bar to hit 5 stars in this category is very high. Nevertheless, Fachini is in Dallas and among the best Italian restaurants we have here.

The place was recommended by one of the sellers from Dallas Market. They even made the reservations for us. We showed up at 7. Promptly seated. Wonderful garlic bread and calamari. Dinner was a couple of great pasta dishes. I think this is a place to share a plate. Portions are quite large. The wine selection is fabulous. Shared a carrot cake for dessert. I would definitely recommend and return here.

We came here for restaurant week and had a great experience! I’ve seen a bunch of negative reviews regarding the service and I couldn’t disagree more! The service was top notch all night. They first brought bread and cheese and that was a show stopper! It was so good. We then got the calamari and eggplant and that also was very good. For our mains, we got the lasagna and rigatoni – which were also incredible. We then finished the night with carrot cake and tiramisu. My wife said the carrot cake was some of the best she’s had. The tiramisu was also pretty good! I highly recommend checking this place out if you get the chance. Great date night place as well!

The meal was excellent and atmosphere is definitely date night or upscale girls night out. Every single item was out of this world. I highly recommend the filet mignon if you are not a big pasta fan. Only one thing didn’t go as planned. We ordered an entree to go for after our meal. They made the wrong item and we had to wait a long time for it to be corrected. They tried to get us to take the incorrect item, but it’s not what our friend wanted so we asked them to make another. They are excellent for dine in service, but not to go, that’s why I am giving it 4 stars.

The first time I stopped into Fachini:
Fachini is a great place to grab Italian food in Dallas. I stopped in on a Monday night and was impressed by the selection and service that was offered. Normally during covid I’m skeptical of dining inside of a building, but at Fachini they took all the precautions into consideration when booking reservations. I was also very happy with my waiters recommendation concerning the pasta dish, the rigatoni was excellent. If you’re in the area I recommend stopping by.

The second:
I was surprised by how bad the service was. Everyone in there is so polite and inviting, except at the bar. I understand they’re making drinks but the lack of service was crazy. As an example I asked what I should get as a second time in and was only recommended a starter. When I asked about what else I was told the salads are good if I’m into that. I proceeded to order and have no more interaction with the barkeep. The food came out super quickly so it didn’t matter much but even getting more water took around fifteen minutes for the barkeep training to fill my glass.
My recommendation is never sit at the bar but definitely still eat here.
