This Wendy’s is very mellow. Well kept up with, friendly services. Trash is never overflowed and they’re efficient with getting the orders to their customers and making sure I had what I needed and ordered.

Drive thru server was very rude and short tempered. Ate my food while my boyfriend was driving us home, got home and while handing my bf his food I touched slimey nuggets and found spit at the bottom of the bag…real classy. I hope this server knows that it’s a misdemeanor charge and could face jail time for this. Calling my lawyer. Don’t come here.

Just went through the drivethrough and got ripped off!! My order was to have included sour cream for my chili along with 2 chocolate chunk cookies which i paid for but guess what? They are MISSING from my order, no sour cream and no cookies that i purchased and paid for. Is it really that difficult to get things correct?

The staff here is AMAZING. They helped me and put together 15 kids meals for my babies bday party in school. The kids were soooo excited and they said THANK YOU!

This place is absolutely poorly run and a danger to their customer’s health. I’ve had bad experiences waiting in line and receiving cold food, but this is absolutely unacceptable. Attached is an image of a RAW chicken sandwich. It astounds me that this could even happen as this Wendy’s was just built. A disgusting place.

Once again, everything in schnecksville is just superior. This wendys is nothing but amazing. Everything is flavorful. Orders are always right. Service is fast. The place is super clean. It’s the perfect spot for when you’re craving something filling but easy on the pocket, especially their meal deals they have plenty of options for under 5 dollars. And you can always pair that with deals on the app and you’ll get so much for so little money. And you bet everything’s gonna be right, hot, and fresh.
I love their outdoor seating too it’s super cute on a hot day to grab some frosties and chat with friends!

Three teen boys at the window. I was handed 3 bags and asked, “is this everything?” “Yes.” I pulled into a parking spot and we started to eat and my child told there were no baconator fries in any of the bags. I walked in to get my fries. The shredded cheese wasn’t even melted. I get back to the car and the kids said there was no BBQ sauce nor my ranch. So I walked back in again for the sauces. Didn’t realize it until I got back to the car again, but I was handed 2 ranch, 1 BBQ and 1 sweet and sour, which had a puncture through the top of it. Update 2023: ordered less food and it was accurate this time.
