Just stopped into Fresh Bean Coffee and Tea Company for the first time—and wow, what a lovely experience! I wasn’t sure what to order, but Lauren was so helpful and patient. She made me feel totally welcome and at ease. I ended up trying something new and really enjoyed it! The space has such a good vibe, and the people make it even better. So glad I stopped in—I’ll definitely be back!

On the way home from shopping, my my wife mentioned she was parched. I saw Fresh Bean Coffee in the near distance and pulled in. One of the best impromptu stops this year. I got a traditional Brown Sugar Boba and I forgot what my wife got. Geozaphats!!! This coffee hit the spot & my soul felt Gracious for the nectar. The vide is chill and friendly and the service is warm and personable.

My lattes were so yum, and the Barista was so kind and thoughtful with drawing little ornaments and writing happy holidays on the lids of the drinks. I can see this coffee shop going super far and being really busy with a little more aesthetic and more comfortable sitting.

Came here to grab some espresso ground coffee but unfortunately they can’t do this right now as they need to restock and are waiting on the owners.
Grabbed a coffee anyway, was a little pricey at one large coffee for about $8, so not overly impressed by the price.
Service was fine and the girl was lovely.
Nice little coffee shop overall, it’s clean with a variety of drinks. Just a shame on the price of the one large latte, probably won’t go out of my way to try and get espresso grind from here unless I’m positive it’s in stock. Was looking forward for a local roaster.

Fresh Bean is my absolute favorite place to get boba. I have been going here since 2020 which seems crazy, and the quality hasn’t changed! I have recommended this place to so many of my friends and I will continue to do so. My favorite thing to order is the Sweet Tiger but sometimes the Brown Sugar Espresso is a go to. Definitely check this out if you want a delicious tea or coffee!

I stopped in and got a plain old vanilla latte and it was lovely! It was nice to be able to sit down inside and have a cup of coffee.
This place is very clean, and was quiet and chill. Nice music, comfy chairs!
They also have all kinds of bubble/Boba tea, so I’m excited to come back and try one of those!

Friendly attentive service. My guest & I dined in; a few tables and corner area with loveseats available inside this quaint place. Did not know about this place, even though passed it driving down Eureka many times. I found it when in search of trying bubble tea. I ordered a small frappe with mocha flavor & whipped topping. I liked you could choose from many different flavors & toppings. I also got a breakfast item; 3 cheese bagel. My guest got the brown sugar bubble tea. Frappe had good tasting coffee flavor; was not overly strong; perfect for my taste. My bagel had a good cheesy flavor but I should of ordered cream cheese to make it less dry. My guest enjoyed trying the sweet bubble tea Guest’s first time trying bubble tea so I can not really comment on that experience. I will return to try different flavors of frappes.

It was cute, they still had their Christmas tree up and it felt a little unorganized in there. Their coffee was good so that was amazing but the food was okay. Just normal stuff. The pastries did look good but we didn’t try it. My brother had a hair in his food so that was unpleasant. Price wasn’t horrible.

Updated Review: Sep. 16th, 2022. WORST/WEIRDEST experience we’ve encountered. This used to be our go to coffee place (wrote good review 2 years ago about them) but today we went in and were ignored the whole time. Took a while for someone to help us and while our drinks are being made the barista runs to the back (after we very politely mentioned oat milk preference as she was putting in wrong milk product in our drinks) and comes back out crying. Several guys were sitting in there (I’m guessing owners/managers) and finally one ot them got up and helped her as others came in and perhaps made her overwhelmed. Very disappointed in this place as it was one of our families favourites. Returned today to a very dirty (trash and dirt all over floors) and employees/management sitting down ignoring guests until they’d seen barista crying (perhaps from being overwhelmed doing all the orders/working alone). Will definitely Not Recommended Fresh Bean to anyone anymore. Sad.

I miss the staff they had before. I haven’t gone in a month so I tried today. The tea and espresso was pure syrup no other flavor but sugar. I also ordered a bagel and it was so chewy 🙁 I am disappointed. Wasted money on a morning where a nice coffee or tea would have made my day so much better.
