Stopped in today for lunch to get what I usually get, Turkey and Provolone. Never did before, but asked for them to grill the turkey. Awesome guy working there named Jon recommended a sandwich he sometimes has made for himself when he works – #9 that has roast beef, turkey, etc.
I took him up on it and had him slice it because I was going to save half for later. Well, that other half didn’t make it ’til later’. Amazing sandwich! Loved it and will be going back for another “Jon’s Special” LOL!

I want to give a shoutout to Mark and Sam at Jersey Mike’s. Every time I come in, they make the whole experience better than just grabbing a sandwich. They’re always upbeat, welcoming, and actually seem to care about the people coming through the door.
It’s rare to walk into a place and feel like the staff remembers you, treats you right, and genuinely enjoys what they do. Mark and Sam make this Jersey Mike’s stand out, and they’re the reason I keep coming back.

Worst sandwich that I have ever gotten – awful workers that did not make you feel warm and welcome, rather they made your food like crap and rushed you out the door. A sandwich I ended up paying $17 for went straight to the trash. I was the only person in the store and went 2 and a half hours before they closed, so there was so reason for them to treat me that way. Waste of time and money.

You guys gained a customer and lost a custoemr in 1 transaction. My 1st time going to Jersey Mikes (saw a video on Instagram made me come try). The young lady working the counter was super rude. I order a #8 that clearly comes with applewood bacon on it. She asked me for my toppings and I listed everything I wanted. I noticed she ne er added the bacon. When I asked her about the bacon she rudely fires back “most customers say if they want bacon added”. When I went to tell her that the sandwich came with bacon, if I didnt want bacon I would have said “hold the bacon”. She rudely cut me off and said some other slick rude comment. At that point I paid and left. Never again getting my hard earned dollar. I pay for service. I can make a sandwich at home myself. She definitely needs retraining. I’d love to hear what Jersey Mike has to say about this. Smh.

I recently ordered a sandwich on the app with extra meat but was given a regular portion (I know this because I worked at a Jersey Mike’s in college). When I brought my receipt to the counter, the staff told me it was correct, which was frustrating. Aside from this experience, I’ve never had any issues here and have always had a good experience.

People told me something and I wanted to see for myself. A mini club sub is 7.95. When you order a club sub without Turkey the owner makes them ring in ham and cheese but add bacon and it cones out to 9.25. I asked how can you do that- answers, 1. We add extra ham, I said that makes no sense, it would be 2 meats anyway. 2. We have to ring it in that way for inventory purposes, I laughed and said nice try. Then said ok so if I get sone Turkey on the side right now it goes back to 7.95, she said yes. She went and got it and I said I don’t want it and just making a point and you see how this makes no sense and then she said yes we know but we have to follow the owners protocols. I said you mean the owner instructed you all to rip ppl offf and you have no choice, she tried to defend it again, good employee and felt bad for her and said listen sorry this is not about you and sorry you in this spot, but sure you tell your owner they are stealing money and it’s sad and I will never be back. Disgusting

This location needs to get its act together. This is the second time here the rolls were so incredibly stale that I might as well be biting into a rock. Also, they don’t pay attention to what is supposed to be on the sandwich. At this point, I won’t be returning to this specific location.

I am a regular Jersey Mikes customer however this was my first time at this location and I did not have a great experience. The two workers there this afternoon gave off the impression that they didn’t want to help us and slightly had an attitude that my mother and I were using coupons we received in the mail. As a guest experience manager this did not make me feel welcomed and I will not be returning to this location.
