Very poor service today. Put order in and representative walked away for 5 minutes with out preparing our food. When we asked another associate what was up with our order the associate in the pink hair was extremely rude and did not take the 30 seconds to help with the order and proceeded to ignore what was going on and played on a tablet. This is by far the worst experience at this Tim Hortons.

Dwindling quality of food. It’s one of the quality of service. Some servers go out of their way but too many make it feel like your an inconvenience. But you do get your stuff mostly accurate.

I knew I shouldn’t have high expectations of a gas station coffee place, even Tim Hortons, but this still let me down. Order was wrong, espresso machine was broken, and the everything bagel is only topped with sesame and poppy. Very uninspired.
Even the coffee wasn’t good. So sad, Tim’s is a staple!

They are running a promotion 2 for $4 – Bacon/sausage egg and cheese on a muffin. Awesome deal!! I asked for it without meat.. They said they couldn’t give me the deal and it will be an extra $2. I asked for less and they wanted to charge more. I wouldn’t even have written the review if they weren’t such jerks about it.

Last Tuesday I got a bagel that looked soft ended up being hard as a rock to where it broke my tooth! I’ve had a hard time getting in touch with this place by phone to speak to a manager I can now barely eat or drink without being in pain! I’m pregnant and this is highly frustrating! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE! orders were all messed up they could only get a butter bagel right. Everything else was a COMPLETE MESS!

Not a bad place but the one girl working counter on Ridge Rd/Langner with the red hair and long finger nails needs a significant attitude adjustment. Every time i step up to order she lazily suanters up to the counter, looks to the side and never says anything…she just stands there looking everywhere but at the customer. Makes me feel extremely unwelcome. Definitely not a job for this girl with her dreadful demeanor.
