Right when my family wanted to order food, we came up to the drive-thru and ordered two Nacho Navidad (Holiday Exclusive). We approach the workers to pay our food and “OH MY GOSH!” Those people who worked here, including the teens, are so nasty, rude, selfish, and don’t even care for this fast food chain or customers in general! That old lady who works there before she is so cruel and very ignorant to have her working with the teens or anyone else. As soon as we got the food, take a look at the Nacho Navidad (Holiday Exclusive). Where is the meat? Just loaded with lots of cold, melted, shredded cheese! Plus adding bonus, the tacos, burritos, and sides are so cold and so bad that I decided never to visit this location again! Don’t get me wrong, I love Taco J. In general, but compared to the infamous Taco bell location over at 3221 Express Ct, Appleton, WI is a “COMPLETE NO NO,” and I also love Taco Bell in general too. As of now, I am sorry to say this, but I am done visiting/ordering Taco John’s from this location. EVER!!!

The food is never the worst but when these service people take orders they don’t seem interested at all and just want to get the order over with. We waited for fresh potato oles but they must’ve pulled them out of the fryer too early and didn’t get rid of all the oil so now instead of fresh we received soggy oles. They still taste alright but they’re stuck together and rip apart more easier now. I would rather wait the full 2 mins and have you shake the basket to get the oil off rather than receiving my food faster to get us out of your drive thru. Don’t think they’d like the type of food they give customers so why not give everyone a good experience and make sure your food is better quality as you would want others to do for you

Had some issues with not receiving our takeout order, closing staff said they were not able to make it for us due to being out of nacho cheese. When asked if they could make the items that didn’t have nacho cheese, they said they had already threw everything away and closed down a hour early for the night due to being short staffed. (This was at 8:55PM)
Came in the next day to hopefully get our order and everyone was so kind! One of the employees from the previous night was super apologetic and explained why they couldn’t serve us. The manager, I forget his name, had them make our full order, gave us a refund, and a $2 off coupon for our next order. I’ve worked in food service management for the past 8 years now and the manager handled things perfectly!

Waited 40 minutes inside, just to overhear them say they already took out my food so I had to inform them I was still in fact waiting for my food. Just to receive my food 5 minutes later, had to go back and get the things they forgot. Got home with our food just to find out they smashed everything in the burritos and tacos we ordered. Our super beef bravo tacos were mainly beans, hardly any beef. Burritos were incredibly small and had hardly any of the ingredients we requested in them even with the stuff that’s already SUPPOSED to be in them. Not worth the $35 at all or our time. Waited around other angry customers inside.

I tried this Taco John’s located in the Kaukauna Piggly Wiggly. On my second visit, everything was perfect! I’ll be back, I’m sure.

My first time there was excellent. I got a grilled chiken burrito without the mild sauce and it was hot and fresh and was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful in me picking what to order since I had never been there before. I would go there again.

Ordered online for pick up at 7pm. Got to the restaurant and my order hadn’t even been started. Waited for over 40 minutes while watching the employees stand around, got my order home to find that half of it was missing, and the chips were stale.
