I love starbucks and come 3 or 4 times a week through drive thru. However, the one in Athens, AL needs to have a policy, no perfume”y” smelling people handle the food or touch the drinks etc…. when that smell permeates the vehicle we can’t enjoy our coffee/food. There should be a policy against that!

After my terrible experience at the 72 Starbucks I went to the 31 location and my drink was made right with no arguing. I’m very thankful for Jessica. She was super sweet and understanding even offered to remake them at no charge. This will be the only Starbucks in Athens I will go to from now on.

Started off bad from the jump. Snappy at the drive through, didn’t tip at the window and her demeanor got worse. Window opened didn’t say anything handed me the coffee. As I started saying thank you the window slammed closed. I’ll make my single black coffee at home and save my money from now on.

The best Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. All 3 drinks we got were made perfectly and tasted amazing. The wait was not long at all despite being in the middle of the day. The entire store was clean and organized. Everyone there was so friendly and patient (I had two tweens with me that I made order their own drinks) and the man working was very nice the whole time. We will definitely be back.

Coffee is great and drive thru is much more efficient than the other one in Athens. Staff is always friendly. However, I felt like my cup felt lighter than usual and when I opened the lid I feel like y’all were a bit too skimpy on this one. I think $7 is already a lot for a medium coffee (plus Starbucks is the only coffee place that ask for a direct tip as well) with no add ons so I feel more cringe about it when I’m already trying to justify the price in the first place.
