I came through the drive through and ordered a hot and ready and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were cold. Not hot at all. I’m disappointed. Also the box was covered in grease from sitting out so long.

Usually have a good experience here at the ironton location but the last couple times the staff haven’t been all that wonderful. They said they’d bring out our order in 10 minutes or so and the last three times it’s taken them almost 20 to bring it out and the most recent time three days ago my mom had to actually go in and ask where our order was and to find out that they hadn’t even started it yet and then when we got our pizza it was like they rushed it because the crust and underside was very doughy and not cooked all the way. The puffs were good but the pizza was not. Usually enjoy going but the last few times have been iffy 🙁

Was given 3 whole pizzas when we ordered 3 personal pizzas. It was late and I think someone did not want to make new pizzas. We were tired, didn’t say anything because of being too tired. Drove all day and just wanted to go to room.

When we want quick takeout pizza, this is where we go. My visit on 1/15 involved friendly service. However, the order was called in because of the type and size of tge order. I arrived to pick it up 15 to 20 minutes later and it had been misplaced. I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for it to be finished.
Although call ahead is an option, this is the second time in a row it hasn’t been ready and a long wait followed. The wait the last time was the longest. I will say everything tasted good and hot and they totally rock the hot and ready items. Of course, I’m going to be back A LOT because we love the food and the price. My only issue is when we have to phone in orders.

Dude, honestly, they got this Ceasars on point. The manager has trained his employees to make sure you’re getting what you ordered. Friday night, he had 3 new trainees and messed up my deep dish 5 meatlovers…undercooked…in a 50+ $ order. Not only did this man make it right…he told me exactly how to finish cooking it. Pops bro, customer service GOD. Trust this one y’all!
