There is Barista Luis i think his name is. He has black curly hair. He is a horrible Barista. I made the mob order like 5 min before i got to the drive thru, and when i got there, he is handing the drink, that he decided to punish me and do it REALLY BAD and not correct, while giving me a lesson that i should make the order extra ahead because sometimes they are busy!!!!! What kind of customer service is that?!?! Very rude and guess what, not the first time to tell me so and i call the customer service on them almost everytime!
I told him, to get the manager and he wouldn’t!

Funny fact, they closed the doors?!? And only amother car was infront of us!!!!

At another Starbucks, they made 2 of my drinks incorrectly, then they tried to fix it but with no success 2nd time. Came here to San Antonio and explained the mishap. Girl at front desk was wonderful, great service and re-made both drinks to perfection. Definitely our go-to from now on.

The person working the window by the name of Bryan has poor customer service skills. I order two drinks at the driver they and when I got to the window I’ve realized in has a little extra in my gift card so i ordered a 3rd item at the window. Bryan rolled his eyes and proceeded to have an attitude and speak in a rude manner for the rest of the encounter. I don’t come to Starbucks often but usually my experience is more pleasant than this.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. All the staff are so friendly, and the Caramel Frappuccino and Matcha Latte were both delicious! The service was amazing.

honest review about this particular location. Keep in mind I’m a starbucks daily customer!!

I was there around 10:27 am on a saturday 3/18/23, spent over $127.00 buying gift cards , coffee mugs and 2 drinks . Placed the order for 2 easy drinks strawberry acai . took about 25 minutes to make my drink. I had to asked after 20 minutes to see if they were making it and they WERE NOT!!

– the place was not busy at all ( see pictures below ) the place was empty NO EXCUSE
– IT WAS EMPTY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE HARDLY ANY CARS
– total of 4 EMPLOYEES NOT DOING ANYTHING
– the drive-thru lane was not even busy
THERE WAS NOT REASON WHY THEY WERE NOT MAKING MY DRINK EXCEPT THAT THEY DIDNT CARE!!!.
– I got my drink after 25 minutes of waiting

AGAIN THERE WAS NOBODY INSIDE THE STARBUCKS AND IT WAS NOT BUSY ONY LIKE 2 MORE PEOPLE INSIDE
I was very upset I had to ask where is my drink twice !!!
they didnt apolize for taking so long or care at tall

*** the drinks were made poorly!! TASTE HORRIBLE IS WAS LIKE A SYRUP COUGH DRINK **** THE WORSE EVER!!!!

TO THE MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION: you need to train your employees better and supervision is need it !!! they dont seem to care about getting orders out !, they dont care about customer servie and this is not good business . I hope to get a reply back

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, A LOT OF SARCASM ON BEHALF OF THE STAFF AND THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR MAKING MISTAKES WITH THE ORDER.

I DO NOT TOLERATE ANY DISRESPECT, ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF MY SIX YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, at a JOB YOU CHOOSE TO WORK AT!!!

I’VE NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL STARBUCKS, LIKE THIS ONE, AND I GO TO THE ONE IN RANCHO CUCAMONGA DAILY, AND NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH RUDE EMPLOYEES.

Not to mention, my daughters pink drink had dark moldy looking things at the bottom

The server in the white hoodie was rude today, she gave attitude and when I asked if she had the sticker things to cover the drinks so they won’t spill (I had 9 drinks) she only gave me 2 and they were too big. Very disappointed I love coming to Starbucks but if I’m going to be attended like that then I’d rather go somewhere else.

I’ve given this Starbucks location multiple chances, but the experience has consistently been disappointing. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve encountered staff are rude and seem bothered by simple requests. My drinks often taste watered down, and more than once, they’ve forgotten items from my order, forcing me to come back the next day just to fix it. At this point, I won’t be returning.

Giving little stars because management should consider a limit on how many drinks can be ordered in drive thru. The point of drive thru is to be fast, if someone is ordering ordering more than 6 drinks, then it should become a rule to go inside and order or pre order. I was in drive thru for 20 minutes!!! Please put a drink limit order!! Drive thru is for getting things fast and go! Dont let people order 20 drinks in drive thru!
