My office is nearby and I’ve eaten in the restaurant and done take away dozens of times. The food is consistently delicious. I like spicy food but even “regular” is hot enough for me. If you ask for “spicy”, be prepared! My favorites dishes are the egg and goat biryani. I’ve brought friends and customers to Biryani Bowl as well and they are all impressed with the authentic Indian cuisine.

Biryani Bowl is a quaint restaurant that packs a lot of flavor. We had the Vegetable Samosa’s as an appetizer while delicious not enough in the order (two). We ordered the Lamb Biryani and Goat Biryani and Naan, it was one of the best Indian food experiences we have had. We will definitely go back again!!!!!

Briyani was awesome. All other food that we ordered was bad. Customer services was very very bad. Instead of being apologist he was rude when we told him that we didn’t like food. I don’t recommend anyone to sit and dine their. Worst part was he didn’t let us know in advance that he is not having enough Briyani to serve our group. He took our order for 2 Briyani and then somehow managed us to give 2 Briyani bowl, that too half filled with very low quantity and after that told us that their is no more briyani. We somehow also felt that he was the only person as a staff their, serving, cooking, billing everything. That may be also a reson for poor service.

Delicious! We ordered the Somosa Chat for appetizer, bursting with flavor and a generous portion that satisfied two people and could feed three easily, for a mere $4. Our entrees were Kadai Gosh (goat) and Chicken Kurma, both excellent. Service was attentive and quick. We sat in but looks like most people order out. The accommodations are quite nice for a mostly take out place.

My friends and I went to this location yesterday to eat biriyani around 730 (2 hours before closing). The waiter/employee failed to mention that they did not have samosa nor biriyani. For an establishment to be called biriyani bowl, you expect there to be biriyani. They wasted our time and we had to go to another location . Furthermore, their chef was not there apparently.

got before the time. So really impressed.
I ordered 100% vegetarian. Dal and Paneer was good. Vegitable biryani was very dry. Looks like they have expertise in non veg.
Overall experience was good.

All of the items I received were very good. I ordered the boneless chicken biryani, garlic naan, and shrimp 65. The only thing I wish I could have had was mango lassi, but it wasn’t listed on GrubHub.

I ordered mutton biryani for lunch. It was very delicious. I wish they had a lunch menu with small portions. I also expected to see a traditional thali on the menu. Overall good food and friendly service.

So I have only a vague idea of what “good” tastes like with respect to Indi/Paki food, but I liked what I ordered with takeout: butter nan, Goat Biryani, and a lamb dish. I liked it all, especially the Biryani.

Stale food and the owner is a crook. He served me food so stale that it reeked and made drive 30 minutes to return the food. Yet he did not apologize and give me a full refund. I plan to complain to the health department for serving food that can make people ill. Avoid this place at all costs
