Clean dining area, cooks don’t know how to prepare food. Don’t make the pancakes first, bathroom is a COMPLETE MESS, waitress is a little rude(probably doesn’t want to be here) I was against going to IHOP but got persuaded into it. We should have went to Waffle House across the street. Food is decent. Not hot, just kinda “warm” over all, we won’t be coming here again. Overall, the service wasn’t HORRIBLE, and the food was bad. Just almost cold. Bathroom pictures are from the Male and Female bathrooms that me and my wife took. This is an update review as I tried to contact the store 4 times and the phone just keeps ringing. The GM is Francisco Alejo. Hopefully I’ll get a response to update this review.

We went at midnight. Now then this place is a slightly below average diner. Our biggest complaint will definitely be the French toast. The inside the of the toast was raw to the point of runny liquid. I unfortunately didn’t get a photo. Thankfully the staff we’re kind and got it replaced with a new one that wasn’t runny. The chicken and waffles was good. The atmosphere was ok. It could use just a little music.

Our server was great. We had a wonderful time. There was the cutest little girl with her parents who entertained us. What a great joy. We enjoyed the interaction that, with the help of the server, we bought their meal without them knowing until we were gone.

I went to IHOP hoping to get great food and great service. Instead, I had a waitress who appeared to be frustrated by my slow response to ordering my food. She stood off from me and my guest, but just within eye shot so that we could sense her frustration. When we finally placed our order, the food was delivered. I informed her that my hashbrowns were over cooked, hard and not what I expected. She quickly snatched the plate away and advised that she would have the cook re-due the order. Needless to say, I was not impressed. Won’t be going back there again.

I had such a great experience at IHOP today! I was a little indecisive about what I wanted, but my waitress, Ms. Aspen, was so patient, friendly, and helpful—she truly made my visit enjoyable. The food was amazing too—everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Please give compliments to the chef as well! Excellent service and delicious food—I’ll definitely be coming back!

My brother and I were in the mood for breakfast so we headed to IHOP, for a bite to eat. My brother had the steak and egg breakfast while I had regular pancakes with scrambled eggs and crispy hash browns. Our server was Ms. Aspen, who was very polite, friendly and warm smile. She promptly took our order and brought us our coffee. Our food was good the restaurant was very clean, neat and organized. No pictures to post.

I met this Heartfelt. Black man that was homeless on sidewalk outside. I- hop. We was talking he was one of most gentleman and wasn’t like many.
