Ordered online pickup in store and only ordered a raspberry cream cheese dessert pizza and half order of cinnamon tricky stix. My husband waited 20 minutes to leave since it’s 3 blocks away. He went in and the blue haired lady at the counter was rude from the start “what order?” I guess they hadn’t seen the ticket print from the online order and hadn’t started the order yet. So she told him 15 min. The place was completely empty and he thought maybe they were short staffed until 3 more employees came out of the back and asked what the order was. He finally got the order and brought it home, the tricky stix were really good the dessert pizza was really weird though. The first bite was soft and soggy like it hadn’t been cooked long enough. Kind of disappointing and probably won’t order it again in the future. Customer service these days is so under rated and dismissed. Wish businesses would realize that happy customers are essential to success. Seemed like the employees were more interested in hanging out and socializing instead of doing the job they’re paid for puts more stress on the people trying to work.

I can’t really accurately rate the food from this location because I never was able to taste it. I ordered a pizza and tricky sticks online and waited an hour before calling the store to find out what the problem was. The guy who answered the phone was immediately short with me and claimed that they were busy and I should’ve been told it would be an hour or more. My husband was frustrated so he was grumbling next to me while I was on the phone and the guy on the phone immediately copped a huge attitude and started verbally lashing out at him and telling him he was going to just cancel our order. Then we asked to speak to the manager and he wasn’t very apologetic about the wait or his rude employee. He also threatened to cancel the order, but told me that his delivery person was “already on the way.” The location is 2.8 miles way from my house, so I assumed that meant he would arrive soon since the manager told me he was only delivering the one pizza (mine). We waited another 30 mins and at that point had to leave because we had an appointment. Finally on the way to our appointment the delivery person showed up at our house! We told them to just take the pizza back because we had been waiting for 1.5 hours for an extremely overpriced pizza. We will never patronize Pizza Pipeline again!

They’d put them on there corner to corner, crust to crust.
So freaking good.
Cinastix!!! So good
Pictures tell all…. barely 1 mushroom per PIECE!! There’s a few pieces of sausage too
Other one was Canadian bacon and pineapple. (Cooked pineapple rocks;)
Just gross. Too much crust, undercooked and almost WAY too much sauce.
I don’t normally freak out like this but I paid almost $60 for 2 medium pizzas, some cinnastix and soda and that was with their special!
Cinnastix were on point. They serve the bomb cream cheese dip (always order extra….)
There’s no way I’d return. There’s a place with a red sign that rocked it the other day. I need to get their review posted

We have been ordering Domino’s for a long time and they keep disappointing us over and over and over again. Finally, we decided to pivot, and they did not let us down here. The pizza was on time and delicious. Something that I haven’t been able to say about Domino’s for quite some time, if not ever!

Worst customer service ever!! No one wears a name tags. One employee was extremely rude on the phone , when I mentioned it in lobby the employee treated me like I was lying. I even brought back the wrong Mistakes happen own it and make it right. Don’t make the customer feel bad or blame them. We will not be returning to this business.

Excellent gluten free pizza. Love their cheese and most of their toppings. I have been a loyal customer here for 5 years at the northside location. There has been some mishaps, but more often then not they get it right and its an excellent pizza! I’ve never been sick (gluten intolerance) from this store/pizza chain.

Today around 7:45pm called the place and the Manager seems well aware of the insect problem at this location… it was disgusting to see after taking a few bites that the pizza we doordashed was covered in ants. The manager said they can’t do anything about it cause then the employees would hit over time and it cost to much to hire a exterminator… after explaining she isn’t concerned and being very rude it was clear she was well aware of the insect problem but did not seem to care to fix it she hung up on us. !!!!!!DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! If I could put negative stars I would.

We ordered delivery from here, we were putting our son to bed and didn’t hear the door nor door bell. Our house was dead silent, so we definitely would have heard it. We ended up calling them to see what was going on, they ended up saying they called me “multiple times with no answer” I never had a missed phone call from them once. Not at all. Then he went on to say he refused to deliver any pizza to me at all. I’m absolutely shocked at the customer service of this man. Absolutely shocked.

Should have read the reviews before ordering from here. We live about 30 minutes away from pizza pipeline so I picked up on the way home. Then got home and realized what one of our pizzas looked like. Let’s just say I could have bought frozen pizza that would have looked better. It’s a cheese pizza for my kids.

We ordered online from pizza pipeline a few hours in advance so we could go out and the pizza would just come for the babysitter. We got a call from the sitter that only 2/4 items had been delivered and the cheese pizza was burnt so bad our kids refused to eat it. I called the store just to be disappointed again as the customer service was terrible and they refused to give me a time where they could complete our order. The babysitter ended up having to cook something else for the kids. This was the worst service I have ever seen in a delivery.
