Product remains unchanged. In a world of shrinkflation and ingredients swapping, Waffle house has stood firm. Same great waffles, coffee, eggs and grits . Not many restaurants can make that claim these days. Was clean, bright and welcoming. Great food delivered by friendly, efficient staff. Always a welcome stop when on a long drive. Stopped by on my travels and frequent visits to Waffle House restaurants and this is the best I’ve ever seen. The food was cooked perfectly, service wonderful but I had to speak to the Manager Marie to let her know this was the cleanest WH I’ve ever seen. The waffle makers and work area was spotless it’s definitely worth a stop in your travels.

During a recent visit to Waffle House for a quick family breakfast, I was thoroughly impressed with both the service and the food. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles from the staff, which made us feel instantly welcome. Despite it being quite busy in the morning, we were seated promptly, and our server attended to us right away.
The food came out hot and fresh, and the highlight for me was definitely the waffles. They were perfectly golden, light, and fluffy with just the right amount of crispness around the edges. Paired with syrup and butter, they were absolutely delicious! I also tried the sausage bowl, and it was on point. It was hearty, flavorful, and packed with just the right amount of savory sausage, cheese, and potatoes.
Even though the restaurant was full of other families and morning commuters, the staff managed to keep everything running smoothly. Our drinks were constantly refilled, and they made sure we had everything we needed without having to ask. The friendly and attentive service made the experience even better.
Overall, Waffle House is a great spot for a quick, satisfying breakfast with family. If you’re looking for tasty food and excellent service, this place won’t disappoint.

If I could give 0 I would solely based on my experience tonight. I placed an order online for pick up. I ordered a cheesesteak (with onions) bowl chunked and capped, a bacon egg and cheese hash brown bowl smothered and a bowl of grits. No where on the page did it have a comment section or give an option to have items cooked “well”. I tried to call to ask if this was an accommodation I could request, but customers cannot call the store… a recording only tells you to order online ♀️. So I drive the 5 mins there and asked Cheyenne, the salesperson, if she could aske the grill op to cook the hashbrowns crispy. She told me that they were about to be done with my order and again I asked if we could get the hashbrowns extra crispy. The hashbrowns are raw, even though I had to ask the grill op directly to put them back on, and he did. Still raw. Burnt meats no onions or mushrooms in sight, no utensils, no napkins, had to ask for my grits, no butter offered. Simply horrible. I worked for Waffle House many years under Harold Anderson and Caroline Burant and was raised MUCH better than this…. What a shame. Won’t be back… not to that location.

While the past two times we had stopped to eat our food was less than desirable. 07/04 we ordered, our waitress was thorough and the food excellent but the other Waitress was screaming and cussing her customers, walking through out the restaurant screaming profanity in that we had to leave. We had just received our food, taking a couple bites, we could not handle her mouth or actions so left. We didn’t finish our food because it was cold. She needs to be fired and we deserve to have our meal comped and allowed to eat while hot and in peace.
