Just moved to the area…tried marcos for the first time.. well we feel as we were ripped off.. 2 subs over 30 dollars. And there was one piece of thin thin salami one piece of thin thin thin ham and a thin tomato and one then piece of thin cheese.. it was so bad we laughed.. you will never have our buisness again. Do not try.. ever!!!!!

Stopped in for my child’s special pizza box after being told just a 20min wait and already placing the order. When I got there they told me just another minute however ended up waiting well over an hour on top of the 20mins quoted. Every time I asked if it would be much longer bc I was just going to get a refund and go elsewhere I was told just a couple more minutes they’re about to box it now. Come to find out it was never even made after over an hour of waiting. No apology to try to make it right especially with three kids with me waiting patiently. A simple pls come back later, an offer for it to be delivered, or just an actual time quote instead of lying would have went a long way. Felt bad for some of that staff as you could see they were under a lot of stress and little help from management. Really disappointing.

Placed an order 6 May 2022 for an x-large extra pep and sausage well done. Took a picture of it when it arrived only because the last time, I ordered the same thing it wasn’t well done then either, I called and spoke to the manager and was told that he would make it right, that never happened. So when a coupon came in I figured I would give them another chance I ordered the same thing and still not well done and this time when it came in the top of the box was stuck to the pizza, this is an incredible lack of quality seems to be consistent. Not sure they really rely on repeat customers which is sad as their delivery people are great. If your ordering pizza here in Pickerington, I would recommend another place.

Not happy at all. I dont expect the food to completely look like the commercial but come on really?. This is suppose to be “LOADED” with 3 different pepperonis edge to edge. They call it the Large Triple Pepperoni Magnifico. I guess the Magnifico part of this pizza is that the pepperonis disappeared before my spouse got it home. In no way this is edge to edge pepperonis. I would take it back but my son needs the car to go to work so I have to suffer with a lacking Magnifico pizza. I absolutely give NO stars even tho I have to at least give one star to post a review.!!!

Consistently solid pizza. Similar to Papa John’s but sauce less sweet. Have been here twice and the pizza is adequately sauced (MODpizza often dry), crust is chewy and baked perfectly (Little Ceasars tastes like they leave the dough in the fridge too long with broccoli). Store is very tidy and clean and looks new inside. Staff very friendly and courteous. Will be back!

Pizza is always consistent. They cut pie shaped and offer a thin crust. Thin crust but not crispy. Good aide salad. Service isn’t great, not rude but not real friendly either.
