While visiting the Wynwood Walls arts district, we stopped in for a bite and were warmly greeted with a “Welcome Home” by Chef Teach.
There were eight of us and seating is limited, so it took longer than expected to get seated and served. Once the food arrived (about 20 minutes after ordering), it was worth the wait. I had the catfish entrée with mac & cheese, truffle fries, and cornbread. The catfish was cooked perfectly with great batter, and the mac & cheese was creamy and delicious. The truffle fries were okay, and the cornbread was sweeter than I prefer—I was hoping for a more traditional style.
Great food and friendly service, but be prepared for a wait during busy times.

Wow. Absolutely outstanding service and food. My wife has an allergy to chili pepper and the owner personally took his time to create a dish with the chef to formulate a Mac that was safe for her! This is huge because we rarely eat out due to this allergy. I had the Rasta Pasta with shrimp! Everything came out piping hot and fresh! This place deserves a 10-star rating. 5 stars is too low! We’ll certainly stop here again when we’re back in Miami! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yeah I’m never going to eat at another Mac n cheese place again. So good litterly as seen on tv Mac n cheese they do not lie when they say it’s famous. Super well made food and great service, the atmosphere is pretty fun for a group of people or a date. I came with a group of people one of them saw it on tik tok and for once it was actually an incredible place. Rare to see a good Mac n cheese place in this part of the country.

I have a severe allergy and was going to just skip eating while my family ate, due to it being g so risky. The staff were so incredibly kind and accommodating, our server went as far as to call the owner so I could speak to him. His kindness and customer service was by far the best I’ve ever experienced. He went above and beyond any expectation and came up with a recipe on the spot and had his chef make something just for me so I “could get the full experience”… he was so patient and helpful. I’m absolutely blown away! The place is clean, great music and vibe… great staff! Wish I lived closer so I could come back! If you’re in Miami, this is a MUST!

House of Macs truly elevated our event with their catering. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you’re looking for comfort with a twist. The mac and cheese fried croquetas were a hit— that perfect Spanish-American fusion bite that disappears off the tray in seconds. The honey fried chicken was perfectly crispy and tender, the lobster roll sandwiches were loaded and delicious, and the cornbread and banana pudding brought that warm, homemade feel everyone loved.

We met London aka(purple)…. what a wonderful guy! We are from greensboro NC and it was nice to meet someone else that was from our town…. We stopped in on a tuesday around 6pm and the food was asboutly hot and wonerful…. they have a great menu and everybody was friendly and definitely on top of there game….. thank you for a great experience….. we will definitely return…..

Hi my name is Ellie and I came to eat with my girlfriend just right now. We ordered for pickup and sat in a little table right outside. Purple saw us and came over with utensils and napkins even though we were not customers dining in! We ordered the chicken Parmesan Mac and cheese and it was delicious. Food was amazing. But I’m more impressed with the customer service. I didn’t get his name. This was Wednesday night, 12/11 The gentleman That passed the food out and make sure everything was right. Maybe he was a manager. He was so awesome. Very nice guy. The server that took our order, she was very nice as well. Thank you for the great customer service. Oh, and I have ordered DoorDash from here before, I didn’t realize they had vegan options. I got the Philly cheesesteak vegan. Very good
