Called in a to-go order, spent about $50 on fiesta lime chicken, loaded waffle fries and a triple chocolate meltdown cake plus tip.
Got home, realized I did not receive the fiesta lime chicken, and the waffle fries were already covered in ranch even though they come with a side of ranch, which caused them to get soggy on that 12 minute drive home. I called and told them about the missing item, they offered to make me a fresh one to pick up so I accepted. I showed up, was told to go wait in the pickup corner until I was helped, stood there for 15 minutes before I had to walk back up and tell someone else I needed my food and there was no way it wasn’t done yet, I’d called 30 minutes prior. They grabbed my food that had been sitting in a bag somewhere for however long, and the chicken tasted fresh but the rice wasn’t warm and the tortilla strips were burnt together in big inedible chunks. Bailey was as helpful as he could be and Joe was very kind in attempting to fix the issue, but overall experience was rather disappointing.

Applebee’s is a sleeper. I heard Chili’s is offering similar deals too.
They have inflation beating value menu. 2 for $25. 2 entrees and a appetizer for $25.
Appetizer is kinda mid, tortilla chips is refried so it taste burnt. Pretzel and dip is like what you get from the freezer asile but these are not the key highlight

I had the pleasure of eating here for the first time, I felt like I was at home from the moment I walked in. Leslie was kind, precious and absolutely had the best service. She handled her tables very well and was able to keep on track throughout the entire service throughout my family and I dinner. She was very busy and we could see that but she handled every table with passion, grace and professionalism!

I had the shrimp dinner and was surprised to see around a dozen breaded shrimp, tons of French fries and a side of fresh coleslaw. Ashley was our terrific server. She came by three times to ask if we needed anything. Great meal & service!

Chose to go here for my birthday and enjoyed it. Our waitperson was excellent, food was good tasting and fresh, and the atmosphere was pleasant, but the tables worn and the interior fixtures could use a little refreshing. Keep the photos though, as those are fascinating. I had the fish and chips with mashed potatoes instead of the chips, and would have it again.

I went to AppleBees Westland last night. The food was top tier. The grilled chicken breast was perfectly cooked. My server was Alex. He was so friendly with such a positive attitude. He was so kind and ALWAYS attentive. He never once slacked and was always making sure we were satisfied. I think his service was some of the best i’ve seen in a while. He was a ray of sunshine and next time I come back I will ask to be in his section. 10/10

Came up the other nights for food and some drinks. Kitchen seems kinda slow but our waitress Chloe was amazing. Very friendly and attentive. Got everything right on our order. When we come back, we’ll definitely be asking for her!

Stopped in for date night, after a stressful week – haven’t had a date night in months. Arrived at 7:40pm, got seated immediately! Our waitress took our drink order and appetizer order and didn’t return for 20mins, when she returned she was empty handed and asked if we were ready to order more food… no drink no appetizer, fine we know what we want so we ordered. Another 10-15mins goes by and we get our appetizer, then shortly after we get our drinks. We sat for roughly 20 minutes before the waitress came back for us to order a second drink. After an hour from arrival we received our dinner, everything looked ok but my steak was RAW. I sent it back with a different staff member that saw I had slid it to the edge of the table and when it returned it had zero flavor but was cooked to a normal medium rare. Finally paid and left an hour and a half after we arrived. After walking out i actually cried about it.
TLDR; waitress took too long to acknowledge us, food was raw, will not be returning.

Debra was an amazing server. Very attentive and quick. Never stopped hustling. The food was great as usual. The only issue was another server complaining, loud enough for customers to hear, about a 25% tip not being enough.

My wife and I were seated in 10 minutes but we were there for a little over an hour just to get two waters. I could assume that they were short staffed but there was zero communication about that or anything. We ended up walking out. I can understand being short staffed but you need to communicate better to your customers and set proper expectations. Close half the dinning room and let customers know about the wait so they have a choice.
