Food was disgusting. Fries bland no salt. Chili dog chili was burnt, cream freeze drink was warm milk. 3 drinks and no straws. Drive thru worker horrible. Only place I have ever been that don’t even deserve 1 star. You think they would see their review ratings and make some changes to deliver good food/service as they promote . 40.00 straight to garbage. Do not suggest anyone eat here.

Nastiest Food I’ve Ever Tasted … Oily, Not Made With Love and On Top Of That … No ICE Cream … Horrible Experience !!! I love this place. My family and I love getting a root beer here with the chilled mug. The burgers are amazing, onions rings are bomb. Root beer floats beats all. So why did I give it 3 stars? The FRIES! A&W used to have great fries. However, they now switched to waffle fries and they’re terrible. Ever had chili cheese fries with waffle fries?! Don’t. They’re so hard that literally my mouth hurts from chewing em. Still go here and support the establishment. I just hope they change their fries.

We had the absolute worst food at this restaurant today.
And we went to take it back and we had a service leader that was absolutely nasty.
He said his name was Billy he was rude and should not be in the hospitality business at all.
I would give zero Stars.
