I ordered a 10 pc meal and lemon pepper seasoned fries, the fries were overly seasoned and my buffalo wings barely had any sauce at all, very bland. I always order two buffalo sauces on the side and they usually fill them, these were barely half way and one was 1/4 of it, so basically paid for two and got one (combined). The wings were old ones as well, cooks were eyeing us down for ordering at 11 pm, so I’m guessing they did it on purpose. Very disappointed in our visit today. The cashier was lovely though. Today’s date is 12-28-25.

The food was hot and fresh as well as prepared how I requested. The employee taking the order was helpful and attentive. The only con of this place like some many of Wing Stops are they are too small meaning customers are on top of each other in the dining areas.

I am pleased to share a positive experience we had at the Wingstop location in Eastlake. There was some initial miscommunication with another Wingstop location regarding an order we wanted to place. Please note that the order was for the Socorro High School Volleyball Team. Fortunately, I contacted the Wingstop Eastlake location, and they were fantastic —quick to help and totally on our side, offering a solution that accommodated our needs without restrictions on the order size. Julia and her team provided excellent customer service, and they made sure we got what our team needed. Thanks Wingstop at Eastlake you’re amazing!

First pick up, our boneless orders we no properly cooked, they tested weird and were chewy. We called to let the staff know and they were actually very nice about it, they offered to give us a new order and we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and accepted the offer. Second pick up was the same thing, the boneless orders were also uncooked. We ended up not eating a single boneless at all, I’m very very disappointed about what happened to us. We definitely not going back again to WingStop. I’m adding some pictures so you all can see what we I’m talking about. I’m so disappointed that I did not even called for a refund. It was really gross to see those boneless.

Tables are always sticky… food takes 45-55 minutes and it’s the same thing here all the time. Place can have 2 tables and you’ll still wait almost an hour for your food. I placed an order for the boneless meal deal for two and did not receive the full order only 15 wings. The wait time was very long, and the restaurant was overcrowded and overwhelming with many customers waiting. This experience was disappointing, especially after such a long wait.

The wings are great WHEN you get them. Ordered out from this location several times since it’s opened and it’s always one thing or another. Either the order is wrong/ missing items and you are waiting ages to get the right stuff or you place a pickup order and it’s never ready when the app tells you it should be and you are waiting another 10 plus minutes in store. Paying these outrageous prices ( the new normal) for wings, you’d think they would work hard to make the product and experience worth the price.

I walked in there, I was greeted with a welcome. I ordered 2 orders of 2 large fries, the person ringing me up it’s incredibly kind sad I didn’t get his name! The fries were incredibly delicious and tasty I was able to see the lemon pepper seasoning, props to the cook. it was really good they were to die for! very kind and incredible service!
