I went two times the first time was absolutely wonderful but I forgot to take pictures of the great tasting food. So I went back just to see if I could get photos and I kind of wish that I never went back. Please don’t get me wrong the experience wasn’t totally bad it just wasn’t as good as the day before. On the second day I pretty much ordered the same thing but I received half the amount of food for a higher price. Can someone help me to make sense of this less food higher price?

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a fast food place as gross and unkept as this one. The amount of unknown food that was mixed with the sour cream was crazy. The staff was not friendly, food was not fresh, the grill looked like it had honestly never been cleaned. I really don’t see how this place even passes a health inspection.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is always fast and efficient. They greet you , everyone is always in a good mood and working hard. I accidentally left my wallet there one time and the staff looked out for me and returned it back to me next visit, it just shows that they pay attention to the people that they’re serving. It’s not just a job for them and I appreciate the service.

Inexperienced workers, long line, everything out of stock in food bar. Wrong order, asked for lettuce, got zero and called them out on it and insisted it was there. Didn’t close bowl, letting it leak out. Save your time and money and go anywhere else for better food and service.

So. Answer this. Why would anyone please queso in the bottom of the bag? Why would anyone do this? I guess it’s the education system here in Florida. Or Bay County at that. My car is now messed up along with my clothes. There is queso everywhere, on me and my partner’s clothing, in my car, on my seats! And the bowl is wrong! Does anyone want to actually do the job they sign up for anymore? Not to mention the queso was mixed in with the corn salsa! Like How Sway?!?!?! This is a mess! And upset isn’t even the word for this madness.

Just ordered a quesadilla, advised at the store I had to complete on the app, then they handed me a bag and said “here’s your quesadilla! :D” and I get home and open it and find that they gave me a bag with a box of sides and no quesadilla. Like not a piece of a quesadilla. Like not a shred of chicken. Not a corner of a tortilla. I contacted chipotle and they would only give me a partial refund. I can’t even make this up. You can’t even contact chipotle to complain about not getting a full refund. Insane. See photo.

This Chipotle needs new management or more training. I watched the girl handling our food pull flakes from her ear hole. They never have all their ingredients and the overall environment is dirty and chaotic. This was what they had available and still charged me ten dollars.

My daughter and I went to Chipotle to grab dinner last night. I ordered the high protein/high fiber bowl which was listed at $9.80 on their app, and my daughter order a protein cup that was $3.85 on the app. When we got to the register the total was $29.50. I knew that sounded really high so I asked the girl why she charged me twice for each item. She told me that they have to charge twice for each item because that’s how they ring out their new protein bowls and that they give you double meat. I told her that if I had ordered it on the app it charges me once for it and she insisted she did it correctly. I paid and left but now I wish I would’ve escalated to a manager. These kids working in there aren’t properly trained on how to ring out new items and they’re charging people double for them.

Past two times I have ordered from here I had issues. First issue was the following…
1st Order – Portion Sizes, fajita vegetables.
2nd Order – Portion Sizes, carne asada.
You would think for 20 dollars for a BOWL only. (No drink, sides, etc…) You would get proper portions. I will say they tried to fix this by offering me a coupon for a BOGO entree on the first order… I have no need for this. I personally will not eat here again, the price you pay is NOT worth what you get. Both times the worker I delt with at pick up was awesome, dude was cool, I give him 5 stars. But portion sizes obviously comes from ” management ” I give 0 stars.

They were out of multiple ingredients if you are dining in or taking out. But apparently if you mobile order all the ingredients are available. This location is open for 3 more hours. She also proceeded to serve me lettuce that had plastic tortilla sitting in it.
