I order bubbakoos every week. The quality, quantity, accurateness and taste of each ordered food always exceeds my expectations. I always order double meat and they never disappoint. I order through their app and I earned points each time I order. Majority of the time, I used their third party delivery option. I can’t say enough as to how prompt the delivery service has always been, considering that bubbakoos in Monroe is about 15 minutes away from us.

Bubbakoo’s Burritos has an amazing menu with a variety of choices to suit different palates and dietary requirements. There is something for everyone, regardless of your dietary preferences—vegetarian, vegan, or meat lover. I chose to have a bowl of chicken over rice. The bowl was full of high-quality, fresh ingredients with well-balanced flavors. There was the perfect balance of seasoning and spicyness in every bite.
I liked how many different sauces and toppings were offered. The big portion size offered outstanding value for the cost. They also provide buy one, get one free deals, and they didn’t cut corners on the serving size of the current offer.
My order was made and delivered on time, and the service was swift.

Ordering was easy enough. First timer, I tried hibachi steak and shrimp with rice topped with jalapeños cheese sour cream and guac which they were pretty generous with which was cool. The meal tasted ok nothing to rave about but it was very acceptable. Shrimp and steak were ok, was cooked decently, was hoping for more flavor but the toppings helped . Also ordered sweet chili wings which literally tasted like the sweet chili sauce I buy at the store, really thought they had their own recipe sauce(s) so that was disappointing. Beside that the chicken was so-so as well. I would probably try them again but I wouldn’t go out of my way.

This is the 2nd time ordering boneless wings from them and again they cut them in half and still charge full price for 12 wings. I only got 4 full wings and everything else is cut in half. Completely unacceptable. If you’re running into inventory issues. Then it should be addressed and not falsely selling product as a complete order. As these are not a complete order. You shouldn’t be cutting corners just to keep your sales up. This is cheating the customers at best.

My burrito was absolutely stacked with everything I ordered and looked majestic when cut transversely to see it’s stuffing! However, one major remark would be the quality of the tortilla they use isn’t the best I suppose as it ceases to hold it’s intergrity and becomes soggy and chewy as time passes, a double wrap would make a huge difference in the experience. Burrito bowl was exceptional and seemed to use all fresh ingredients. The guacamole and chips seemed to be extremely stale and flail. Guacamole came in a prepackaged tiny box with a large bag of soggy chips this definitely made a dark mark.

Love Bubbakoo’s. I am obsessed with the fried Oreos here. The new jerk chicken quesadillas are always delicious. I love what they did with the vegetarian cauliflower as well utilizing the jerk sauce to season it. One thing I will tell you is that whatever you order, you will be full.
The takeout ordering process through the app is also very efficient.
The one thing that I wish they didn’t loose was the “Welcome to Bubbakoo’s” that they shouted when you walked in thought that was very welcoming. Maybe they will bring it back.

Every time I’ve ordered from here my order has been wrong. I’ve gotten food poisoning twice from their bacon. When I come to pick up my food, the atmosphere is not friendly. I could describe it along the lines of “what do you want” or “why are you here”. This location will never have my business again.
