Working in Palestine this week and discovered this little gem. Fresh and yummy are two words that jump out to me about this place! I got a gyro pita, chips, baklava and a drink. Well worth the price, and I was quickly served! It’s like a subway with a Mediterranean kick. I’m very jealous that this place is not in Tyler – but I would make the drive to eat here!

I can’t say enough good things about Pita Hut! Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly and fun staff, which instantly sets the mood for a great dining experience. The restaurant is always impeccably clean, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal.
Now, let’s talk about the food—it’s simply amazing! Each dish bursts with flavor and is beautifully presented. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into their menu. And the best part? The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality you receive.
Whether you’re looking for a casual lunch or a special dinner, Pita Hut is the perfect spot. Highly recommend this gem to anyone!

Wow. Simply wow. It was one of the best casual Middle Eastern meals I have ever had. I grew up on Lebanese and Jordanian food, so I can be at times, SUPER picky. There was nothing to complain about in regards to the food at Pita Hut. Serving sizes were HUGE. The shwarma, falafel, hummus, it was all house made. The dolmadakia is simply out of this world. Their house made desserts are worth every penny. A 10 out of 10 in little Palestine, Texas. It’s totally unexpected but totally worth every cent. Oh, and the owner was an amazing guy. Make you tell him MORE kibbeh!

I stopped here for lunch around noon on 6/19. I chose to have a gyro pita with tahini, spinach, and mixed pickles. The pita had great flavor and texture, the meat was phenomenal, and the fresh veggies and pickles really balanced out the bite. Overall, I enjoyed my quick lunch here and had a good time.

Absolutely love this place. Been once so far but the food is delicious… The gyros are the bomb and full of the meat of your choice… And then you get to pick the veggies you want to add to it. You can get wraps, pitas, salads and bowls. And they have three meat protein options or a vegetarian option…
You can add additional items like chips, hummus, and more. Drink options are canned or bottled drinks…

Went with the wife to this place for something different and was absolutely blown away! This place is a hidden gem! Service was great and the food was delicious! I had the Chicken Shawarma wrap and she had Gyro wrap and both tasted fantastic! We both added pickled onions, spinach, lettuce, black olives for extra pop! If you’re in this area and looking for a quick delicious lunch, just try it!

Best Mediterranean you can get in the south! Super authentic gyro made with knowledge of culture. The store was super clean and well managed by the owner who was extremely helpful and kind. My boyfriend got a gyro and finished it within 2 minutes, I don’t even think he took a breath. Needless to say, incredible food and delicious baklava with the kindest service of the hardworking owner. He was so personable and he gave us a delicious tea on the house. We will be coming back every time we visit my hometown and I’m excited to try the froyo in the summer
