I’ve always loved Raising Cane’s and would stop by whenever I visited from out of state. It was one of my go-to spots for chicken fingers, fries, and coleslaw. I recently moved here permanently and was excited to visit again, but my experience today was extremely disappointing.
I usually go through the drive-thru, so I had never been inside before. Today, I decided to walk in, and the moment I entered, I was hit with a strong, unpleasant smell, like rotten cabbage or garbage. It was so overwhelming that I almost turned around and left, but I felt bad since I was already inside.
The restaurant itself looked very clean, but the smell made it hard to enjoy the food.
Sadly, this experience really changed my opinion, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I hope management sees this and figure out the source of that odor, because it’s not what you expect from a place that’s usually been so good.

The best Cane’s that I have been. This location is close to the Ohio state sport center. Their dining room is full of Buckeye elements. Their chicken fingers are always fresh and juicy with their signature sauce. Service is fast and helpful. WiFi is not available.

Food was excellent! The restaurant was clean. The service was fantastic. We celebrated my daughters birthday and she had a good time with a cake from nothing Bundt cakes. Raising Cane’s is a great place for family get togethers.

Delicious. Plain delicious. Love their sauce, but the chicken itself is hands down perfect. The side dishes are yummy too, and the menu is small enough that you don’t have to make a wrong choice. It’s all good!

Sauce and Texas toast was a refreshing change with the lemonade .
Hot food, prompt and friendly service and the restaurant was spotless.
