Naam – The Indian Kitchen is a great spot if you’re looking for tasty Indian food at an affordable price. They offer daily specials for $10 and $15, which is excellent value for the portion sizes and quality.
The food was fresh, well cooked, and full of flavor. Everything tasted carefully prepared, not rushed, and very satisfying. You can really tell they care about the quality of their dishes.
The cashier was extremely friendly, kind, and professional, which made the experience even better. Customer service like that really makes a difference.
Overall, a very pleasant experience with good food, great prices, and welcoming service. I would definitely recommend Naam – The Indian Kitchen to anyone visiting or living in Niagara Falls.

I love going to this restaurant. The location is close to the falls on lundys lane. I stumble on this restaurant when searching for veg options for my father in law. The food comes out piping hot and really fresh. I dont mind waiting 20 minutes for fresh food. The butter chicken is so creamy and delicious. I am from Toronto and I would drive her for this food. I haven’t found a comparable butter chicken dish in toronto. It’s either too spicy or not as delicious. The staff is friendly as well. Komal is a great cashier, always smiling and friendly when you walk in. Anyways in niagara falls region come in for their daily walk in deals. $10 for food enough to feed 2 people. this picture is posted is their butter chicken which i already ate half lol

I have been one of your loyal customers for a long time, but today I am extremely disappointed.
I ordered vegetable spring rolls, but after taking a bite I realized that one of the rolls was chicken, not vegetable. This is a very serious mistake.
I am a strict vegetarian and a religious person. I have never eaten meat in my entire life. Accidentally being served chicken is completely unacceptable and deeply upsetting for me.
This is not a small issue — it is about food safety, customer trust, and religious respect. Such negligence can seriously harm your customers.
I expected much better from a place I trusted. I hope you take this seriously and ensure this never happens again.

I had an extremely disturbing experience with this store. I bought a sweet for an occasion, and after bringing it home, I discovered it was full of fungus. Worse, a few people had already taken bites because it tasted strange before we realized something was seriously wrong. It ruined the entire occasion and could have caused serious health issues. I would strongly advise everyone to not to purchase anything from this store.

We connected with Sunny at the last minute, and he accommodated us right away without any hassle. He charged a very fair price and even included extra perks and benefits, which we truly appreciated.
The event was managed by Breyana, who is extremely organized and professional. Even though it was a multicultural event, she handled everything smoothly and with great attention to detail.
A big shoutout to the entire backend team as well. Despite the temperature being around -19°C, they served fresh, hot food with a live kitchen setup. That really shows their dedication and commitment.
Highly recommended for catering and events.
