I love tamales, but I am picky about their texture and taste being just right. These tamales were truly BEYOND perfect!!!!! I was so surprised at how tender, filling, and flavorful they were. I had the poblano and cheese. The owner was so kind and friendly, and I had a lovely time visiting with her. I often forget to leave a review for new places, but this was unforgettable! I can’t WAIT to try the dessert tamale next time I go back!!!

Great local place. A hidden gem in Topeka. Just opened up April of 2022. The food was delicious. Owner recommended a new dish to me and it did not disappoint. Glad I tried it. Don’t miss out!

Yum! We only tried the tamales and they were so good!
We did the chicken and the poblano and cheese- the chicken are green chili and really good. I do have a wimpy mouth so they did have a little heat but the perfect amount. The poblano are seriously so freaking delicious. I’ve never had tamales that aren’t judt traditional meat ones and these were sooo good. We will try those next time .
Also, the lady that was working was SUPER nice! I hope you guys are going somewhere or staying with the mall remodel stuff going on. We want to continue to give you business.

Wow, I don’t know how many mediocre tamales I’ve had in my life. These were not one of them. I got the poblano and cheese and my girlfriend got the pork tamales. Both of our plates were clean. Also the elote is amazing. We ate all our food before I could take pictures.

Been eating tamales for 70 years. We go to Puerto Vallarta Mexico for the last 18 years, one of the best tourist spots in the Americas and find the best Tamales there. Rosi’s here makes tamales up there with the best of them. Pork, Poblano. Also she’s the nicest lady ever

The food is made fresh daily. So far, after several purchases (tacos, tamales, mole and both flans) everything has been fantastic. If you’re dining with a large group that maybe a problem. There are only two tables to set and eat. Don’t let that stop you from ordering something. Because believe me you’ll be missing out on some great flavors.

The place is very small just plan on taking your food home. However staff is extremely nice and the taste is awesome. The tamales are big! Will be revisiting often!
