We are frequent customers of Canes but we don’t usually frequent this location. The food is always great! The cashier had trouble focusing on our transaction while we placed our order. She kept looking behind her and around, my husband asked if she was ready to take our order which she said “yes” meanwhile still looking around. She’s a lovely girl and perhaps just needs more training on her customer service skills. It’s very important to keep eye contact with your customers. Our check #20050, on Feb 4.

Music is way to loud can’t even hear your name called for order. Way to brute with the lights also before updates it was more comfortable and relaxing. Now to bright and loud and don’t even wanna be inside at all. Also all tables were dirty and staff was very rude when I asked for fresh Frys. Then when getting Coke is was light brown and got more attitude by asking them to check the Coke. Before updates would have gave ya 4 stars as food was good and environment was comfortable but not no more.

No seasoning on the chicken breading, whatsoever. Crinkle cut fries are NOT crispy as advertised! First experience with this restaurant, and it’s definitely the last. Don’t know why this place is hyped so much!

I LOVE raising Cane’s and have been to locations all over the country and have never got such small, little, tiny pieces of chicken as I did at this location!!! Usually I get huge chicken fingers at canes, that’s why I love them! This location is skimping and not doing quality control as they should and trying to give people dinky portions. Won’t ever go back to this location! I was extremely disappointed.

Wow…Had an issue on Friday night in the drive thru with charging me way too much. I was advised it was refunded. I watched my bank statement as a pending charge and then the charge hit which it shouldn’t have. Called them today. Spoke with Ashley, the GM, and was blown away. Not only did she take care of the issue, she had another department reach out to me to ensure everything would be taken care of. They sent me an email when the refund was processed as a follow up. Then, an hour later, Ashley called me to make sure it was taken care of. The follow up and customer service honestly blew me away. Based on this, I think we’re going to have Raising Cane’s for dinner tonight too!

What happened to the portion size? The chicken tenders shrunk! It used to be twice as big. Service in this location is good, 3 stars for them! Hubby and I used to share caniac combo and it’s just perfect but now we found ourselves having not enough. This is the second time we ordered where we found the chicken portion is half as much as before.

Honestly. Service is always so so. Sometimes great mostly blah. Unsure how giving service in a service industry is so hard for some. Food was good, canes is solid most times, rarely get bad chicken there. Solid place will use again

I personally have not eaten at Raising Canes, I am a delivery driver so I have frequently went there to pick up food to deliver for other people. It’s a very busy place, seems to be popular and fried chicken smells wonderful when you walk in the door.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, very upbeat. When you walk in you order at the counter they have a nice menu as just right not too big not too small, they’ll give you a cup to a self-serve your your drink They will call your name very loudly when your order is ready. The dining room is spacious, seats a lot of people. The booths are not cushioned more like a bench style.
All in all it’s a nice family restaurant, good food, good atmosphere and great service.
They also have a space where you can buy souvenirs t-shirts and things you can refer to the photos to see what they have. Enjoy!
