Fantastic experience. Excellent service and great recommendations by our waiter. I had the Panang curry – very tasty and the vegetables were so fresh and flavorful. Went for a business dinner with my boss and he loved it as well. Will definitely be back whenever I’m in the area. Oh, and be sure to get the dumplings!

This restaurant has a very fancy atmosphere that may drive you away but don’t! We decided to check this place out as we are fans of Thai cuisine and Swadee didn’t let us down! This space is quite welcoming and comfortable, do keep in mind that reservations are preferable, but they still took us in without one. The staff members consistently demonstrated a high level of attentiveness and professionalism in their interactions with us. As for the menu it offers a diverse range of options, catering to various tastes, preferences and not as expensive as one would think. I would recommend visiting this establishment if you are looking for somewhere new.

I went here with my boyfriend and we ate outside onlooking the street, and the food here was delicious! We ordered the spring rolls, yellow curry, regular fried rice, and we topped it off with a Thai iced tea. It’s one of the few places you can get Asian cuisine on Coronado island, but it did not disappoint at all.

Delicious Thai food! Authentic with real heat, very much appreciated. Good size menu with plenty of options. Appetizers, salads, soup and main dishes.
All the noodles are fantastic and every plate we got was prepared exceptionally well.

Excellent and well prepared food! Great service and sitting outside is an excellent way to experience Coronado. The Chicken Thai Fried Rice is absolutely excellent. Have not found anywhere in the nation as good as this and sets the bar.

Was disappointing. I love Thai food and seek it out when traveling like I did today. Ordered Summer Roll, Tum Yum and Nam salad. Summer Roll Very Good: though Sauces tasted like a peanut and fish sauce should but was thickened (?) never had this before.
Tum Yum very little flavor – no lemon grass to be found and nary a mushroom, or any other vegetable (did have three large shrimp which was good!) The Nam salad with minced pork was inedible – the lime dressing tasted like a heavy vinegar with a little lime. These are basic Thai dishes – Perhaps I should have known from the menu that said “no returns” (I’d never ask for a return tbh, and didn’t of course, but have never seen that on a menu before.

Authentic, amazing Thai food. Also good pricing and great atmosphere (sit outside if you can). For apps we ordered spring rolls and dumplings. For entrees: pad Thai, cashew chicken dish, and yellow chicken curry with coconut sauce. Everything was amazing, the sticky rice with extra peanut sauce is a must!!

We are regulars at this restaurant because we love the fresh and delicious dishes. The staff is always welcoming with a smile and the service is great. The atmosphere is wonderful and you can choose to dine in the elegant dining room or outside at one of the many tables which have a real tablecloth and nice settings. The outdoor area is full of blooming potted plants which adds to the fine experience.
The menu is extensive offering various appetizers, rice dishes, noodle dishes, curries and duck. If you like spicy dishes, they will prepare them to your requested level of heat on a scale of 1 to 10. Always fresh prepared. The curry sauces are amazing.
If you are visiting Coronado, I highly recommend going to this restaurant.

Top Notch! One of our Go To restaurants in San Diego/Coronado. We had lunch here on Friday 6.26.2025. Parking was a snap as they are part of the Crown parking organization. We dined inside and started with Fresh Summer Rolls w Shrimp – Fantastic! I had Nam w Chicken, spice level 6 of 10, absolutely loved it! My wife had Pad Snow Pea which she really liked.
The restaurant was spotless and well managed. The staff were polite, respectful & efficient.
No doubt in my mind we shall return the next time we are in San Diego!
