This is another review on top of other reviews below. I never had issues with them and now 3 x in a row. I ordered 2 L
2-toppings on both pizzas and extra cheese was supposed to be on both but one came out burned and barely any cheese while the other was cooked fine and had xtra cheese. Never had any issues with them but this is now 2nd review and first got delivered to wrong house and part of my pizza was missing. Very weird did the. Driver take a bite??

We ordered two pizza’s. I called them after 40min to see if the pizza is almost at my house for delivery. The person working there said that they just left with the pizza’s. After another 15 minutes I called again and they said the delivery is out should be here soon. After another 15 minutes they said the pizza is still at the store. This was already waiting an hour and 15 min for two pizza’s. I don’t know what was going on there but the people working there sounded completely out of it. Very nonchalant and did not care. We never received our pizza’s. I had to order other pizza’s from Marco’s. I will never order from Dominos on Rayford road ever again.

Inconsistent pizza quality. First time I ordered all toppings were evident, pizza was delicious, order was correct, I would have suggested dominos to anyone.
This time I had to search to make sure the sparce toppings they made them with included all that I ordered. The pizza wasn’t cut, it was creased. Little effort was made, meaning I had to tear pieces from the box.
I ordered and paid for two garlic sauces, I received Ranch instead.
This the second time I have ordered dominos ever, I am disappointed and would not suggest the Rayford road location to anyone.
I want my prepaid 20% tip back.

Ordered pizza and it said delivering but never arrived. 2-1/2 hours later (original delivery time said less than an hour) it says it’s baking again. I go up to the store to get answers about what’s really happening, and I get wildly unprofessional attitudes from various employees I’m not even talking to while trying to get answers about what’s happening from a specific employee who was helping me. I criticized their unprofessionalism, and was then heckled by various employees including one who threatened to cancel my order as I was walking out. Won’t make the mistake of ordering from here again. The only person who ever even said sorry, was the delivery driver who showed up 3 hours after I ordered my food.
I would be ashamed if I owned this franchise. Complete failure of ownership and management to have employees who know how to act like professionals and help a customer who was having an issue.

I ordered by phone on Saturday 8/23/25 from my local Domino’s on Rayford Road at 6:30 PM. They said my order would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived at 7:00 expecting my order to be ready. It was not. The order took 1 hour and 15 minutes before it was ready. I checked on my order twice during that time, each time say it would be ready shortly.. On the 3rd time the worker wasn’t able to find my order in the system. I realize they were busy, but this is unacceptable since they had checked on it twice. No compensation or no refund no explanation. It should have been free!

Took them 1.5 hours just to acknowledge order to place in oven. Called 4 times and held for 20 minutes with no answer. Decided to drive to store. I was expecting to see store so busy when I got there that I would have to park far away… parked at front door.
Had to be at least 15 people working in there, not sure what they were all doing. Asked for refund, lo and behold pizza was finished. Took pizza for “free” since my time is worthless apparently. Guy beside me was experiencing same issue. Got home to find a tattered pizza that was missing cheese and not even cut properly. Pizza was disgusting as expected. Not sure if it was cooked all the way, but I’m unsure how this could happen since it cooks at a set temp, down a conveyor style delivery. Will try someone else from now on. Just bad. Think my dogs will go hungry too.

Edit 07/14/2025: 30 minutes for a single medium pizza worth $8 for pickup on Monday. Maybe because I didn’t tip..? That’s twice as long as literally anywhere else for personal orders. Food is always great, but I have noticed longer wait times if I don’t tip and that’s absurd if there’s truly a connection.

I tried to order multiple pizzas for a large birthday party, but the website kept giving me an error with the coupon code (screenshot attached). The website even said to call the store for assistance. When I called, the employee told me they couldn’t honor the coupon code. If your website isn’t working and instructs customers to call, you should stand by the coupon. The website clearly states it’s valid until August 3. On top of that, the employees were rude and offered no help. Very disappointing experience. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

This Dominos is just okay. I don’t know if it’s a current staffing issue or what but the service lately hasn’t been the best. Pizza is on par with what you’d expect from a Dominos which is a plus.
