Waited way too long for someone to come take our order. When the finally came, they took our order on a sticky note and rang it in on the drive-thru register. I was not comfortable with them taking my card out of my view to run it. Who knows if they took a picture or wrote the numbers down. The soda fountain was out of order and the soda they gave us was watered down. The only good thing was when we did order, we got our food fairly quickly.

This may have been one of my slowest fast food experiences ever. The person who helped us was very friendly, but there wasn’t a single apology or mention of the wait. Honestly, they didn’t seem at all concerned or aware of how long people were waiting! They also forgot napkins and straws in our bag. Food was great – no complaints there!

I love Arby’s roast beef sandwiches with horsey sauce. Curly fries are a nice addition even though the crinkle fries are my favorites. Also love that they have diet Dr. Pepper available in their soda machine.

I got the turkey cobbler it was terrible the first one I got had very little on it nothing like the first one I got at Mount pleasant Iowa that was so good and Mount pleasant it was blood on it the phone was very well posted I asked her to be welcomed here twice and it still didn’t get well posted and one the stuffing was on one side the other half they had a little bit on it maybe let’s not buy not a whole lot of crispy onions kind of blended in with the bread overall it was really bad I will not order it again and it’s higher price and Mount pleasant you definitely will not recommend this it’s not worth $8.55. but the first one I had at Mount pleasant Iowa was absolutely delicious it had more turkey and had a lot of stuffing lot of crispy onions everything else is supposed to have on it. and this one was just terrible. I would not even give this one star at all but he had to do it to make a post

The Keokuk, IA. location went above and beyond. Respect to all of the workers there especially the gentleman working the drive thru and the manager , you made our day. Everything was fresh and hot and delicious.

Ordered two on the $7.99 boxes and ordered extra cheese and early fries and reserved regular in both the boxes and fries were cold not happy do not go here a we waited 15 minutes for cold shit.

They don’t sell various halal or vegan items. But I love their curly fries and fish sandwiches. Unfortunately, they don’t keep fish sandwiches around year-round. Their special catchup tastes very good, especially the horseradish one.

Went to grab a quick bite for my husband and I for dinner and took my frenchie along in the car and the woman at the window handed out doggy treats! Customer service is excellent! We got the bacon chicken sandwich meal, and the cheeseburger deluxe. Both with curly fries. Arbys NEVER disappoints! 10/10!

Really awesome restaurant, ate here passing through on my way back home. Our food was good, it tasted great. Had a great experience here.
One thing that Impressed me here was how they took pride cleaning the kitchen while business was slow. Watched a crew scrub the floor with a broom with someone mopping it after while another was scrubbing machines and metal.
They were deep cleaning high traffic areas and machines in between cars. That is something you done typically see while dining in. I would definitely eat here again!
