I placed an online order, as I was placing the order the app crashed. They payment for the order went through though. When I arrived at Subway they said they didn’t receive my order. I explained what happened and trusted to log back into the app, but it will not let me. I shower them where my debit card was charged for the order. The manager on duty understood and went ahead and made my sandwiches. Another employee took the sandwiches and wouldn’t allow me to have them. My order totalled $12.71. I was a Sheriff’s Deputy for 25 years, I don’t need to steal $12.71. All I wanted is my sandwiches or my money returned. I would really love to have a conversation with the owner about this.
