Ordered online while passing through Vernal. This was my first time eating any food from B&B. I ordered a Turkey, white cheddar, avocado croissant sandwich (I added cream cheese, personally if I got this sandwich again I would request to add cream cheese and leave off the avocado. The avocado was really paste-y but the cream cheese was delightful)…
The inside was super cute and very clean.
No one said anything to us when we walked in so we kind of stood there awkwardly at first. After a minute a girl helped us, I told her I had an online order and she made my food and she wasn’t really friendly but a different girl made my coffee and she was nice.
The setup on the inside was spacious and very comfortable.

We had the large iced lattes. I recommend getting an extra shot of espresso for that size.
The avocado and turkey sandwich was good as was the breakfast burrito.
Our kid liked the “cookie monster frappe” (without coffee).
They have tables outside so you can bring your dog.

I went there to get some coffee early in the morning and the girl named Liliuokalani did a really good service with a beautiful smile even though it was early and busy. She was really nice. I’d like to visit there again and again!!

Went through the drive-thru and the one gal taking the order was very unpleasant. She acted like I was an inconvenience when I pulled up this morning, 09/30/25. Seemed super annoyed although I ordered a basic iced chai latte w/a breakfast sandwich? I felt bad for her coworkers, the one with red hair that made my drink was very nice, and kind.

Only go in the morning. I ordered my drink before everyone in the store and I was the last to get my drink. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for one caramel frappe. I had to go up and asks what’s happening. Everyone who got here after has now left and im still waiting. I only have issues on the afternoon. The morning crew is awesome!!!

They are very busy but get through the orders quickly. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and a sausage, egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich. Everything was amazing and had great flavor. Better than Starbucks hands down.

Just went again this morning. The sandwich on the menu said it comes with cheddar cheese, but you gave me swiss. I asked the cashier at the drive-through window to double-check that there was cheese because last time there wasn’t any. Instead of her just saying, “Yes, okay, I can do that for you.” She started arguing with me, saying,”The cheese melts.” On the drive home, some of the coffee spilled out of the cup because it was overfilled. It wasn’t hot at all. I asked specifically for a hot coffee. By the time I got home, I had to reheat the coffee.
What’s the point of going here?

Stopped in since there was only one person in line at the drive-through. Ordered immediately, but waited about 15 minutes for my coffee and my sandwich and they gave me the wrong sandwich. They weren’t friendly. They weren’t happy.
