It’s been years since I’ve been back to this Centerville Papa Murphy’s Pizza. I’ve now been twice in the past couple of weeks. Both times my pizza was FABULOUS. I can’t describe how delicious my pizza was (chicken with garlic sauce). There was SO MUCH CHEESE, I would describe it as what other pizza places would say was EXTRA CHEESE, it was that cheesy! Pizza was ready when I walked in, no wait. A bit tricky to park but not too bad.
Go get your pizza here! Try this CENTERVILLE PAPA MURPHY’S PIZZA for the first time or just try it again!! THE PIZZA IS WONDERFULLY YUMMY.

I ordered ahead online for Halloween pickup. They had my pizza ready exactly on time and it took 10 seconds to go in and get it. Last year i did the papa John’s pumpkin pizza and waited in the store for an hour!! Save yourself the time and stress by getting papa Murphy’s. Tastes better too!

EDIT: I called and spoke to Dave, the manager. He assured me that was not the way they trained their team to operate. He was very adamant about making the situation right, and I believe that he will surely train the individual who treated us that way. I am changing my review score.

Ordered an XLNY pepperoni from this store on 3/21. They couldn’t be bothered to prepare enough crust to fill out the pan? Or even to hold all of the sauce and toppings they put on it? See photo. Disappointed.

Okay, this review is not for Papa Murphy’s fully in general just this store. I’m not one to be picky or complain a lot. The Centerville location I’m sorry to say is horrible! Not only has Papa Murphy’s pizza moved from number one to about number six in my books for pizza in the last few years. The Centerville location is so skimpy on toppings and I’ve never had a pizza so shrunken that it didn’t fill the pizza tray. The keto pizzas are always filled to the top but not here. This is not the only obnoxious thing I’ve had from this location. Really rude employees and just kind of clueless. If the owner or/manager was not there to help me with my order when I picked it up I would have been even more upset. The employees just don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Honestly, I would recommend not using the Centerville location. I’ve had really good luck with the Farmington location. So I will just have to stick with that location. I paid $40 for the keto and a large supposedly large pizza. I just think that’s a little bit too expensive for what you get.

They were friendly and fast. I went in for a pepperoni pizza and realized they had Jack O Lantern shaped ones! So fun! We got the S’mores for dessert, they were delish. Perfect for a working Mom needing a last minute meal.

We had an order that was to pick at 5:50pm (per Papa Murphy confirmation). When we arrived at 5:45pm, we waited 35 minutes until we got our order. There was a gentlemen waiting there when we arrived who said he was waiting for a while before hand as well. The gentlemen making the pizzas was the only person in the store and seemed not at all in a hurry or aware that we were waiting 35 minutes. Also, when we were there, a door dash delivery person came and then left after 30minutes. The food was okay. I generally like Papa Murphy’s but this was a bad experience for a take and bake food place.

Ordered a family size stuffed crust for an event nearby and got a smaller pizza than normal. Refused to remake it and argued that it was a family size. We’ve ordered a lot from other Papa Murphy’s and we know what a family size is supposed to look like.
Edit: went home and cooked it. The folded part was all crust no toppings.

The s’mores tray treat was the best treat I’ve had in a long time. Staff was very professional helpful and did a great job making my pizza. I’ll definitely be back.
