I purchased my food via the Popeyes website app on 2/16/26. When I received the food it had no taste at all! I returned the food and requested a refund! The associate stated the refund needed to be requested via the app!! Well Popeyes customer care team suck!! The food at this location is NASTY!! If you run out of the main batter why would you serve customers!! I want a refund or I will keep blasting!! Next step with be the BBB!!

I ordered online so the food would be ready when I came through the drive-thru, my food was supposed to be ready at 2:15pm and I got there at 2:25pm. The person in the drive-thru told me to pull to the front it would be 10 minutes before it would be ready. I said ok, and go and park and wait. Well my 10 minutes turned into 45 mins. I go inside and go to the counter. I ask about the order the man starts getting it together and don’t even say sorry for the wait, or anything.. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN!!! I would have understood if they did not have enough employees or busy.. they were NOT and it was about 8 employees!! NO EXCUSE FOR THAT!

I don’t know what management is teaching the staff here?, but it definitely is NOT good customer service skills, and politeness.
The young lady handling the drive-thru would ask a question, and while I was answering she had her headphones turned off. I had to repeat myself several times. Once she rudely interrupted me by saying, – “Just give me a second!”
When my order was done, I said – Thank you so much!” Her response was, , , “Mmhhm!”
That combined with the ridiculously OVERPRICED food turned me off to ever wasting time and money on this business ever again.
Life is hard enough already.
People don’t need negative attitudes coming at them when they’re Just. Hungry., and want a bite to eat and drink. It can ruin your mood for the rest of the day.

Was supposed to get chicken strips but I got chicken strips paper cut thin with no flavoring. Over all the Popeye restaurant food is nasty and overpriced and the employees where to worried about playing around in the back where the food is prepared and made at me my personal opinion I throwed the whole box of the food away cause even my dog deserves better food than thate personal I will never eat there again at the Danville VA

Ordered a large meal for my family to go online. A hour later I get there giving them enough time to make the order. I wait in line 10 minutes and I show them my order I paid for and they say they didn’t have the food. They hardly had any food cooked or ready so I got a refund. Weird place

I placed an order online for 12 chicken tenders and an apple pie at 8:12pm for immediate pickup. It is 8:45 and I am still waiting on my food. This is not thr 1st time that I’ve come to this resturant and had to wait for more than 30 minutes for my order but it will be the last. Let me also say that when I placed the order I was across the street and there was one car in line. I went in to pick up my food 10 minutes later and still had to wait.
