Today was my first time visiting this taqueria. It is small. So if people order and step outside, it gives others space to order at the register. The food was amazing!! They have dollar taco days, but I only paid attention to Thursday (today). They have a big selection of meats to choose from. The tortillas are the small street taco kind, but we’ll served. This is truly AUTHENTIC Mexican food! But I only focused on all the tacos I bought. I will definitely be going back!

Went here while in town for work. $1 taco Monday special, so I ordered a variety. Every taco was bland. The steak was chewy and not tender. The shells were horrible. Now, I have high standards for Mexican food, so this may suffice for the locals, but it was below par in my book. The chips were bad and under salted, while the salsa was nasty, too. Stay away.

Tacos were flavorless, dry and tasted a couple days old. The green sauce was like jelly and they gave me one order wrong and it was burnt. The guy that took my order in the middle of my order answered the phone and took another order while I was in the middle my order. Placed my oder first but served others before me. Glad I’ll never be in that area again. All around bad food bad service.

It was confusing. I was trying to order to go. I was not offered any menu other than the overhead panels (they don’t make sense). I finally ordered 8 tacos as I needed to feed 3 people. The man just kept saying they are big tacos. So I took my order down to 6. It wasn’t enough food for us. Both of my workers could have used the extra taco I tried to order them.

My husband and I tried the N National location last night for the first time. Just wanted to say all around 10/10 recommend. Food was great, service was great, and price was great! First time trying Trompo and it was DELICIOUS. Definitely will be returning ❤️ taco Thursday is genius!

The smell alone is amazing when you pull in their parking lot!! I ordered a California Burrito with carne asada. Most of the meat was chopped extremely small almost like ground beef. It was tasty though! Came with french fries inside the burrito like a true California Burrito should. It was a lot smaller than burritos at other shops around Springfield. I had their avocado salsa to go with it. Not spicy at all. It was a little pricey in my opinion. I ordered a California burrito and a large Pineapple water and spent $16 and some change.

Best tacos ever. On Thursday they have $1 tacos, all kinds of meats to choose from, toppings are onions and cilantro with a lime slice and two different sauces plus hot sauce. Highly recommend if you haven’t tried them
