It has a sophisticated, rustic feel to it. The food is great. I had a hanger steak and my wife had the blackened salmon – both were delicious. A bit pricey but the quality makes it worth it. All the staff was friendly too. Charming and quaint, but high quality experience.

Food and service were excellent. This small place in Salem has become one of our favorites. The half portion option is great if you are not super hungry and allowed us all to try 2 wonderful entrees. This is a very neat option that I wish more places offered. We had a couple special wine bottles from our wine cellar to pair with the food and the server handled it very well, which was refreshing as some places do not train servers well on dealing with corkage.

Love this place. They have half portions available for most dishes, so it’s great if you want to taste a couple dishes. The chef is great at marrying the right flavors, and service and presentation are first class. A bit loud and some tables are close together, but those are minor quibbles. The food is excellent.

Excellent! The shrimp and grits were unlike any I have had. The flavors were complex yet simple. My husband’s lamb shank was probably the best he has had. I usually don’t care for lamb because I think it’s gamey, this lamb was melt in your mouth with a very clean, rich flavor. We also loved the crafted cocktails. I had a red rooster that was a very refreshing, not to sweet, strawberry flavor, you can tell it wasn’t a premix. The staff was so kind as well. We will definitely add the Blue Apron to our favorites when we come to Salem.

The food and service were amazing. Best place to enjoy fine dining Christi was our server and sommelier and she was wonderful !! We had five courses with wine pairings. The wine selections were perfect with each course! The pacing of the meal was perfect. We never felt rushed or hurried. I definitely would recommend Blue Apron to anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience!!
