Really wanted to try this food truck so I ordered a fish dinner with mac N cheese and yams, plus a 6 piece honey hot lemon pepper wings. I didn’t like the sauce on the wings. I didn’t taste any lemon pepper and they were but spicy. I would try another flavor next time. Everything else was amazing.

The owner is a pretty cool guy, but what I wanna talk about is the food and service… The owner was friendly and polite, even though it has to be smoking hot in the trailer. Now, to the food….. Im calling it, the absolute best fried catfish I’ve had in probably over 20yrs. Can’t praise the food enough. I normally use tarter sauce on my fish, but tore that food up without anything on it. Going back for more tomorrow.
